We had a very large practically new room #22. Views are great! Whales put on show just 100's of feet off beach each day. Place is immaculate, staff friendly, beautiful grounds with several corn hole boards, grills for those who want to cook, plenty of picnic tables, etc. Our room had private balcony with lounge chair, table/umbrella and spectacular views.
We'll be back! Booked here last minute. Pleasantly surprised. Great location within walking distance to town. Right across from the beach. Room was very clean, nicely decorated. We had 2 queens beds and we think a pullout sofa. There's a nice kitchen set up with refrigerator, stove, oven and a decent amount of plates cups etc. Nice size heated pool.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!! We've been going to Briney Breezes since 1997 and every year it gets better and better. Rob and Jennie do a phenomenal job with everything. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The grounds and gardens are beautiful. When we are at Briney Breezes, we feel at home and like family. We hadn't visited in a few years and Rob and Jennie remembered and assigned us to our favorite room. They go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed. The location is great -- the beach just across the street and town is walking distance. You just cannot beat Briney Breezes.

We have been staying at Hartman's as a family for over 14 years. Robert and Jen do a great job of making you feel welcome. Hartman's is convenient to everything on the Eat End and is always spotless. For the last 10 years we have been getting 4 units next to each other for our major family summer week together. Just GREAT!

We flew in from Dallas my daughter and I stayed nyc few days. Then decided been years since being out Montauk search n reviews decided on here. Spoke to both owners and gave us picture perfect spotless room that just is magnificent. Checking in took less then 2 minutes Ha so relaxing neighbors awesome people. I’ll be back!!!!

We booked this hotel last minute after dealing with nightmare scenario from a place down the road. Called ahead to check vacancy and chatted with the owner (Robert) about our situation, of which he was sympathetic to with a little classic New Yorker sarcasm (the sincere/endearing kind). Upon our arrival Robert upgraded our room to a deluxe suite with an ocean view--free of charge! The room was nicely remodeled with all the comforts you could ever want for a long weekend stay. We are so happy we ended up booking here and will undoubtedly book again in the future!
