The Chile' Red Company is one of the most reputable screen printing companies in the DFW area. We are equipped with a 12 color 14 station automatic, a 6 color 8 station automatic, a 6 color manual press, and a 4 color manual press, with capabilities of 10,000 prints per day. This gives us the ability to handle orders from 12 shirts to 12,000,000 shirts.

The boys at Chile Red are incredible!!! Mark does incredible work at the front end with building the silk screens, and he and his staff produce the best screened tees I’ve ever seen. My graphics are comprised of many colors and gradients which can be a real scare for some shops. Not for Chile Red, however. They deliver shirts at a great price, AMAZING color quality, perfect ink thickness so as to not feel noticeable when wearing and a process that preps my black tees to really pop the exact colors and gradients I expect for my customers. One last thing, I tracked the washing cycle of a shirt
