I have always loved this place and the prices and clothing are pretty good. the old manager (who is not there anymore) she would always be very rude to me and condensending and then super nice to my partner. the music is great and the selection is always good. I am glad this place has always been here and i always come back for the anime merch. I have never had a problem with anyone who works here for years exspect for the manager who was here maybe 7 months ago. dunno if she is still there but she openly talked about how she was happy to be leaving and didn't like the place.

FOUND THE NEXT BEST THING TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, NOT A GREAT SELECTION FOR PLUS SIZE. THE STAFF WEREN'T TO FRIENDLY. CLEAN STORE BUT AGAIN NOT MUCH IN THERE. I'LL STICK WITH THE STOCKTON HOT TOPIC

The Tracy store has a small layout and tends to offer much less than other stores. The last visit forced the question of a potential closure, but the sales associate mentioned they just hadn't received a shipment. Staff was not inviting or particularly interested in engaging with the customers.

I gave 5 stars to customer service, maybe 4 stars to its inventory on hand but shortage is due to delays on chain on supply; nevertheless, it's a great place to shop from.

Went on night time. Lonely place, delivers quickly, can sit outside seats. But not safe place though.
Tip use the larger straws..

Very nice. They did not sell my favorite naste polish but they had some in stock in the warehouse 🙏 Thank god, bless them amen 🙏 for I have gotten my naste polish 🙏

The staff is the best I have ever encountered in any of the Hot Topics I have ever shopped at. I will now only purchase at this store. The store is always clean and well stocked with everything that we love Hot Topic about! THANKS A MILLION!!!
