My daughter has been waiting 7 1/2 hrs in the waiting room after they diagnosed her with a blood clot. She is still waiting and still in pain and still has not received any treatment for the blood clot.

Went to the ER for a tooth infection; checked in; and within ~10 minutes I was behind the curtain being taken care of. Another 20 minutes or so I was out the door with all the information I needed to resolve my medical needs.
PMC has been my go-to since day one. I stand by their staff, their operations, and the supreme quality that they will do whatever they can for a person in order to get them as close to tip top shape as possible.

Providence Hospital in 1990 and 1992 delivered both my boys who are now 31 and 29yrs old. They were so wonderful to our boys and wonderful to there dad and I. I have always been satisfied with all of Providence. Recently I had to make a ER visit where they took 3 swabs, flu, rapid covid, and the last swab they sent to a lab was a covid test that came back positive I was informed immediately. Thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and aides. Catrina Yeager

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Providence. I've been there many times because of my diabetes and each time I walk away from there feeling so much better. A few times I was uninsured and they worked with me on billing. Thanks to everyone there!

The Emergency Room processing was very quick; The medical services were competent and efficient, however, I had to wait and inordinate amount of time (in my opinion) for the services once I was in the hospital room.

My 97 year old mother was seen in the ER. Staff were prompt, courteous, took the situation seriously and explained every step. I have never had such a positive experience in the ER before!

This was the worst experience we have ever had at any medical facility. It was like being in a 3rd world country. The ER did not have even a single doctor. There was one nurse, who was not personable and did not seem concerned about the patient we brought to the emergency room. We do not use the emergency room for routine medical care .The patient that was brought to Providence ED was in extreme pain and could not breathe. We knew he did not have covid. We will not use Providence MC again.

Waiting time 4 + hours! Went in to be seen for a workmen’s comp claim and had to wait for over 2 hours in the waiting room! Then they started taking people that came in after me! I was then taken to another room where I waited for another 2 hours for a drug screen when I told them I needed to have one done when I got there! Ended up being there 5 hours for a brace and a couple of Tylenol! Worst experience ever! Won’t go back unless it’s a real emergency!

I was in the ER with/ for a seven year old boy.
They were professionall, and friendly. They were terrific with my son. Helped him calm down and made sure he understood what was happening, why and what it would help with. I am new to the area and they made sure I had phone numbers to set up a follow up with a pediatrician since I didn't have one yet.

I was in the ER 9/27. We arrived at 9:08 pm and waited over 3 hrs to be seen. Once called back, the doctor peeked in for less than 5 minutes. My procedure was handled by the nurse in less than 15 minutes.
I'm sure the ER is understaffed. There weren't that many in the waiting room to be seen and it did not appear to be all that busy. Waiting 3 hours while I was in pain was too long. I will go to a different hospital the next time I need immediate care.
