The service was amazing and the food was not only delicious but looked amazing. The staff did a great job working with our large office party!!! I would highly recommend for a simple dinner all the way up for large groups.

Believe the hype! The reviews are #truth 💯. Always busy, I decided to continue my tour of local Mexican restaurants at the Popular GucaMole. Nestled in a business park area in a converted Applebee’s, this bright and enthusiastic restaurant does not disappoint. Service by Andrii was excellent and the food service fast. I ordered Carnitas Sopes which honestly are the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. The Yucatán Guacamole was delicious and I highly recommend the “jalapeño salsa” which is a creamy but nondairy sauce… Divine! Pricy for week night out but so worth it! Happy hour margaritas

I am being completely honest when I say that this restaurant served me the very best steak taco I have ever ate in my entire life.

The service here was great. I ordered the mole short ribs enchiladas. When they first set my plate down I was like what did I order. it was so delicious and the short ribs were so tender. The rice just melts in your mouth. I would come back here anytime I am in Louisville

Wow, the food here is so good. Way better than many of the other Mexican restaurants I've been to. I'd recommend the Pozole, Chicken Tinga Tacos and the Sweet Plantains.

I went there for dinner Sunday night and you must call ahead to make reservations. They will take 1 or 2 people if you just walk in sometimes, but they definitely prefer reservations. Our waiter was very polite, friendly and very helpful explaining some of the dishes on the menu for us. He was right there filling up our glasses or bringing more chips that I had ordered as an appetizer (chips and salsa.). They are not free. They bring you out three different kinds of salsa and a big bowl of chips. I liked all three of the salsas

This place has a great selection of food and great service. The portions are fantastic and we love the short rib nachos as well as the crunchy salad with adobo chicken. Highly recommend!

This is it y'all. Do it. Date night, friends night out, dinner alone, etc. The menu is clearly curated by someone who knows flavor. The poblano-berry margarita, smoked fish taquitos, flautas de pato, yucateco guacamole, and salmon pibil... all were incredible. I can not recommend this place enough.
I will say upon entrance the host seemed confused as to why we walked in expecting seating without a reservation... now I know why. I'd give this place an hour wait if needed. Service was good. Food was great.

This was one of the top Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. My girlfriend and I went at 7:00pm without a reservation. We were sat immediately and was very pleased with the atmosphere. Eclectic colors, but we're matching. Candles lit throughout that made the sun set euphoric. Our server was decent. He was kind, but he did this "get free chips and salsa if you try this other $10 appetizer" bit that I wasn't found of. He also would forget to fill our water and took too long to deliver the check. BUT, a somewhat rowdy group of middle aged woman came in right after us that took a lot of his attention

This is, by far, the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever experienced! From the amazing customer service by our server, Roger, to the ice cold beers in beautiful glasses to the surprise serving of chips and not one, not two, but THREE salsas with various spice levels, the menu was extremely hard to pick from because LITERALLY EVERYTHING SOUNDS AMAZING! The food was drop dead delicious! This is now our go-to choice for Mexican food! Thanks y’all for a GREAT dinner!
