Amy Joined Venture Properties in 2020 and is in charge of rent collections, payments and all things accounting. James joined Venture Properties in 2021 with many years of experience in the business. He likes to call ahead to ensure you are aware he will be addressing your maintenance issue. Lindsay joined Venture Properties late in 2021 and has quickly become a valuable asset to renting apartments.

We recently had a maintenance issue after hours. I had called and Jenny answered immediately and took care of our concerns right away. She offered help and was very professional even after hours. She is awesome and actually cares about tenants. Maintenance (James) is also great. He is professional and knows what he is doing. No matter what the issue he always fixes it in a timely manner and gets it done right the first time. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to live. Thank you.

I absolutely love this townhome and it doesn’t even feel like a side by side. Jenny is amazing and is always there to answer my questions and address my concerns if and when I have any. James the maintenance guy is very professional and one of the best that I have dealt with. He knows what he is doing and is also very friendly and very punctual. Thank you for making this a great experience so far and always being pleasant.
