The quality of service provided by Milford Real Estate and my agent Tony was top-notch. I could not have asked for a better person to work with as Tony answered all of our questions and was honest and upfront. Tony was accessible, quickly responding to emails and messages, and met us on several Saturdays to view houses. When my wife and I found the best house that fit everything we wanted, Tony helped us put in a very quick offer and then was great in the negotiating.

We worked with Ashley to sell our home and she even helped us do some planning and research for our home we are building. Ashley was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and honest. She went above and beyond by ensuring we had everything set up for a quick sale. She even had to help with a situation that needed urgent attention while we were out of town. She was amazing and took care of everything! She also has an amazing instagram page where she shares tips and tricks and fun events in the community. I worked with Tony. Tony was quick to pick up my wife and I as first time home buyers, stick with us through our constant we’ll call it, unsureness. These guys know how to treat their clients. He is always there to answer any questions, a great bridge of communication between the parties involved. Everything from the first time meeting him to closing and doing paperwork was awesome. We had the experience of working with Ashley and she was amazing from start to finish with our new build and the sale of our old house. She went out of her way to make sure every last detail was taken care of and thought about, frequently asking questions of our builder that we didn’t even think of.
