If I could leave I would. But its been a bumpy ride for me personally..and I'm still here and have been for 3 years so can it really be that bad 🤷♀️
The stuff that annoys me about living here arnt all good reasons to be mad nessicarly, they just upset me.
I've had my furnace replaced 2 times. I've had my fridge replaced, my stove replaced , my washing machine needs replaced but they won't replace the washing machine becuase it's over a year old...I've had to have multiple electrical outlets replaced. My bathroom leaked water into the living room and part of the ceiling collapsed from

I was living here for 5 years. They only care about the money. They don't fix anything correctly. Had water leak , basement flooding, old pipe burst, old appliances, cracks in the foundation and mold. They don't per salt the side walk or street before it snows. The don't plow until the late evening. Which is ridiculous when people have to go to work or school. The rent goes up every year. Please don't not move here.

They sold the idea of a pool to us when applying for this townhome. They said it would be ready in a few short months. Granted the pandemic happened. Going on two years since we’ve been here and the pool STILL isn’t ready. The grass grows and grows wild before they have it cut. The playground area is disgusting. The kids in the development have no respect for themselves nor others and love to liter and loiter. The gym they have listed as an amenity has nothing, but broken machines in it. The current rent is $1460 and this is literally the projects in the burbs. Let me add… I recently found

This place is okay if you're in a bind and need a place to stay that does not require a credit check. As long as you have a job and proof of income, you can rent here. The apartments are not that great. Most units are outdated. They barely have maintenance available for repairs. They barely answer their phones when you need them. Work never gets done promptly. We have drug dealers living next door to us, they smoke heavy weed. You have people who can't control their pets and have them run wild. It appears as if they accept any dog, even pit bulls. Every year your rent increases by $100. It's advisable

As far as the area...it is absolutely beautiful and I have been here since February through heavy snow..rain or shine..so far there have been no noise or disturbances which is a huge different compared to places of course in the city.
Service..everybody has been so great including and especially Michelle...she has been my guide through this whole renting process and explained the ins and outs of everything.Stayed in communication for all my questions even after the sale..so its not like she doesn't have my business already..so that just makes me feel even more at home.

I have lived in Berkshire Hills Apartments in the past a few times and keep coming back! They are very tentative to their tenants and it is a very clean and safe place to live. Me and my family love it here! Michelle and Jackie in the office have been so helpful throughout our moving process! I would definitely recommend moving here!

My family and I recently moved into one of the townhouses and are in love! The staff is friendly and informative!! Alyssa goes above and beyond to answer questions and help out with any concerns I had. I truly appreciate her and making this move so easy and painless!! I recommend making Berkshire Hills your new home!!

I would definitely recommend somewhere else. It did get the job done for a short period of time, I must say. They are very sketchy with that whole entire process. Jackie is a lady that works in the front and does the leasing, I'm telling you. Ask for someone else if you do decide to lease there. Sketchy, sketchy, sketchy. She has a way with her words and doesn't word things how they are actually supposed to be. They really look to make money and way they can.
The apartment itself, it's very old. Our shower broke once for about three weeks. Literally couldn't shower in our

Freaking terrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN A HOMELESS PERSON! I have lived here for a little over a year and nothing is done on time. From cutting grass to fixing common things. They never trim, ever, qhen cutting grass. To the point grass was above the stoops in the backyard, over 2 1/2 feet high. Even right now with snowfall they are lazy. They have been clearing the snow since 4am. It stopped snowing at 2am. Tell me why only the sidewalks are plowed WITHOUT SALTING and the roads are still filled with snow. The two neighboring complexes are done with thier removal. Berkshire

I was reluctant to write a review. I have been here for 7 years, and it has only gotten worse. I am not a big fan of this place anymore. If there was a "ZERO STARS" option, I would have chosen that instead of 1. There are a lot of things that have gone wrong here, that this place tries to cover up. I'm going to cover them for you...
1. Transitional Housing. If you ask if there is "Section 8" housing here, they will reply that they don't do that here. It is a thin legal line they have walked across to me, my siblings, and some coworkers of mine. Instead, ask them if

I don't recommended this apartment. Everything is old. From the first day I move always put complain. The people is no professional. Many people move from there because don't have parking number for each apartment. And the insulation is very bad. Always I use plastic in my windows and personal electric heater and the electric bill is too expensive around 1000 dollar bill. And now the what I pay 2 thousand dollar for damage. When in the contract say the deposit is fothe damage and my kitties deposit plus 25 dollar each month for that. Please don't go. People is very bad.

Terrible place to live. Obnoxious neighbors. Poor maintenence team that takes up to a month to fix your issues, and then doesn't leave a note telling you they were there. That's untrustworthy. The management team has no interest in you other than your money and. Do not move here. I can not wait until my lease is up. Worst place I have lived.

I had the pleasure of living in one of Berkshire Hills' luxury townhomes with some friends for a year from August '06 to August '07 and I'll start by saying it's not fantastic but if some of us hadn't been graduating we would have renewed the lease.
The good, it's pretty reasonably priced and very conveniently located to Wyomissing/Reading and all the wonders to be found there. I heard something about gunshots being fired while I was studying abroad but it's right nextdoor to an Elementary/Middle school so it's pretty safe.
The bad, there are a lot
