Oak Forest Apartments

The management and maintenance teams were amazing! Apartments were spacious and pretty good for the cost. Downsides include very noisy neighbors, problems with water being way too hot randomly, and nothing interesting near the location. If you can overlook these minor flaws, you will be 100% satisfied with this complex!

I have never seen a more dismissive office staff. You can tell them the roof is falling and they will take there sweet time, to fix the problem. The place looks old and not worth the 1300 we pay for it.

Horrible place to live, they are definitely not worth the $1200. The rent goes up every year and the apartments are not worth what you pay. They are falling apart and they can’t keep up with it. The so called gym is a joke and the maintenance is even worse. There’s constant water damage all over the place. The doors don’t close right and almost everything is outdated but you pay extra for a deluxe apartment 🤣🤣 deluxe my a$$. Just update the entire complex!!

We finished the move, we left that apartment better than they gave it to us because when they gave us that apartment it was a disaster and when we paid 1,400 more the bill, we had many bad things that we spent a year without heating. We didn't have hot water in the middle of winter and the owners wanted us to buy them the lease and we had the worst winter of our lives, the walls were broken, the ceiling are leaking and the air conditioners never cooled it. the microwave and the stove did not have to endure all that for a year and 2 months, it was horrible and every day is something new that they

For 1200 dollars a month you can be greeted by roaches and tickled by mice at night. The complex has been bought over by westover companies and Stefenie the Office manager is the rudest person you will ever meet.

Is clean, management and maintenance very nice and punctual people is nice to leave here.😍
