I was visiting from 5 hours away, had a “car emergency” and they took GREAT care of me. Got me in the next morning, fixed my car, gave me a coupon, AND left a tasty snack for me! The place was easily the cleanest auto shop I had ever been, and everyone was very friendly, which I have learned is hard to find in Omaha.

I highly recommend this auto shop! The staff is so friendly, the mechanics do great work, and the communication is always timely and helpful. The staff at the front desk, particularly Alisha and Nick, are so kind and helped me out in every way possible. They made sure that I had any information on my vehicle’s progress as soon as it was available and helped to ensure that I was in the loop throughout the whole process. You will definitely not regret choosing this place to service your vehicle!

I called them this morning because my daughter's car was broke down after another mechanic installed a new engine. They took care of us in a timely manner. They were amazing the customer service was over the top above and beyond. She is SAFELY back on the road. I am so relieved. Very reasonable prices too. They really care about their customers!

I live in Minnesota and was looking at a car for sale at a dealership in Omaha. I picked West Omaha Automotive because of their high Google ratings and reviews. For a very reasonable price they preformed a thorough inspection and sent me a detailed report along with video of their findings. The dealer chose to make needed repairs through his usual repair shop, so I was not able to make use of WOA services. I would not hesitate to use their services if I was in the area.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic in the morning and that was done within an hour. Not as bad as I thought it would be and they were able to get my car in right away for the necessary repairs! I am so thrilled with the service I received and my car is running so much more smooth! I can not recommend this auto shop enough! The entire staff was professional, courteous and downright awesome! Such a great experience! I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I brought my car in to get the AC repaired. At one point they thought they would have to take the bumper off to fix the problem and gave me a price of $200-$400. After a day in the shop I was called and informed repairs were complete and my total was only $150 which was awesome to hear. When I went to pick up the staff were very friendly and all smiles. They even left a treat in the car along with a coupon for $10 off the next visit. Such a great company and team and will for sure recommend!

They have the best systems for giving you quotes. It's on online system that allows you to see the estimate and the work that needs to be done. It's very modern
They also have great customer service. They are very upfront and fair when giving you information about what needs/has or could be done.
They leave candy in your car too. It's a nice personal touch.

We've been taking our cars here for probably 5 years now. They are always friendly and professional. They do a great job of communicating with you, sending texts with links to diagnostic reports so you can see exactly what they've found and how important it is. They are also good at calling to explain things to you. And they're honest. I just had some work done and they forgot to take off a charge for a part they ended up not needing to replace. The next day, they called to let me know that they had issued me a refund. I appreciated their integrity when they could easily have left the charge on

They were very thorough and honest which is something we we've been really looking for since we moved here. Very friendly and got us in and out in a timely manner! This place is the best if you have kids and need to wait for an oil change or a repair. There is a TV and comfortable seating. IT IS CLEAN! They even have complimentary drinks and snacks! I cannot say enough about this place!
