Choose the Remote Communications Option, and your Arrow Board will come installed with a modem, GPS and free cellular service for the life of your arrow board. Due to differences in cellular technologies and cost, remote access is only available in the USA. All models meet or exceed the standards for Flashing Arrow Panels as listed in the U.S. Federal Highway (FHWA) Manual or Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).

Both repairs and parts ordering start with your unit's serial number - the last six digits of the VIN number stamped into the metal plate attached to the frame. The VIN number tells us the exact make and model of your unit, the repair history, warranty availability and all the associated part numbers.

I have not experienced this kind of customer service before I'm not exaggerating on the 5 star I never write reviews but I think they deserve it. Every question I have or symptom I give them about my equipment they have the right answer. A few of of my Arrow boards when out of warranty by a couple months they honored it and gave us a no charge on repairs. I don't think our company will every buy anything other than Solar Tech products again can't beat the quality or customer service they provide.
