We had an electrical issue with our brand new camping trailer. A close friend recommended that we take it to JAM Fix and we are glad that we did. We had no idea what the issue was as we just bought the trailer. Jason was very thorough and figured out exactly where the issue was. He documented everything and we were able to get the cost of repair covered by the manufacturer thanks to Jason. Will definitely be coming back for other repairs. Thank you!

After taking my car to numerous places and being utterly disappointed, I found J.A.M Fix Auto. Right off the bat they were super nice and very knowledgeable about diagnosing what was wrong with my truck. They kept a line of communication to give me updates and I was super satisfied with the end result. My only regret was that I did not go to them first! TRULY A GREAT PLACE!!!

I can't rave enough about my experience here. Jo was kind and thorough on the phone and even made sure I could pick up my car around my work schedule. Jason did a fantastic job of repairing my thermostat and took care to verify there were no other serious issues.

Have known the owner for long enough that our car was the first one on the rack in their shop after encouraging them to open their own shop. I cannot say enough good things about this shop but I will say that they are ALWAYS honest and fair which in my opinion is worth more than anything else. I know that when I take my cars to them they will be fixed quickly and correctly the first time. They always stand behind their work and will make it right if something unexpected does go wrong.

I started going to JAM Fix a few years ago. Having multiple vehicles it seems like something is always going wrong. Jason, Jo and Nate have always been extremely friendly every time I have been in there. They are honest with their diagnosis and will not try to up sell you something that does not need to be done. They will also tell you to watch… for certain things that may need to be done at a later date. I have total trust in JAM Fix that if something needs to be done that it will be done correctly and at a fair price. If I could give better than 4.9 stars I would. They are great!
