I called Philia Wednesday right before Thanksgiving with an urgent request for 24/7 home health aids for an injured friend. Everyone was very supportive, and by 5:30 we had aids lined up for every shift but Thanksgiving night. That shift was filled by 8 PM. All of the aids arrived on time, were very professional, and supplied everything my friend needed for over one week. My friend is currently in a rehab center but will resume with her aids when she is well enough to come home. I cannot say enough nice things about this company and its employees. They are the best!

We worked with Jackie at Philia and she introduced us to our nanny Marcella. Marcella has been more than AMAZING and will forever be a part of our family. My daughter asks about her every day and gets upset if she doesn't get to see her :) Thank you so much for bringing her into our lives. We couldn't have made it through this past year without her.
Also they also helped us avoid a potentially bad situation with another nanny to earn our trust.

I was matched with Saadia Darif who is an exceptional help! She takes great care of my seven month old and can also help around the home (huge, for this first time mom and full time worker outside the home). I was also pleased with Prajita Kafle who also helped us on days Saadia was not available. Thanks!

I just adore this agency after our great home health aide experience for Mom. We elected Philia given their mix of well trained CNAs, the staff and owner's personal attention to details, and overall responsiveness. The nurse evaluation was prompt and highly professional. The aides were great and reliable. Thank you.

As an otherwise healthy, young(er) person, I was hesitant to hire home health care after orthopedic surgery to fix a running injury. But boy, I'm glad I did. Kira, the owner of Philia, was responsive immediately and was flexible as my surgery time and needs changed. The nurse assistants she sent (Micheline and DeBora) were so helpful and nice ensuring that I got situated properly afterward and had everything I needed to help me recover. It was great to have folks on hand to make sure I could get up and down stairs, take a shower, and get in and out of the therapy machines. All at a reasonable

My husband and I used Philia for elder care. We used another company before Philia, which was awful. Kira and her team came to our rescue! She understands the importance of being on time and she looks for team members that care about taking care of our loved one. We really appreciate Kira and her team. Our family member is about to move into a home. Saba is the best CNA we've had (by far). I could not give a higher recommendation to Kira, Saba, and Kira's caregivers.
