Ramona has over 27 years of experience in scouting, developing and providing talent for her commercial and print clients as well as negotiating and coordinating rates, contracts and castings.
Prior to founding RMT, Ramona was the Director of the Adult Commercial & On-Camera division at a former agency, Gilla Roos, Ltd. She started her career in 1993 as an intern, where she developed an eye for finding new faces. Ramona is a featured speaker and panelist at various modeling and talent seminars, workshops and conventions, both locally and nationally.
