Very responsive. The owner Richard is great at trouble shooting electrical issues, that other shops can't find. He also explains things in a way I can understand. I highly recommend.

Richard runs a smooth operation, and has done right by me for years. I never hesitate to call him last minute for work, and he can always accommodate me, and I never wait or have any issues. He explains everything in detail and is always up front and transparent about pricing.

Great mechanic, very honest guy. There's a coupon for a $60 oil change on the website. The last place I took my car to for an oil change botched my oil pan and skid plate all up, this mechanic repaired it for a very fair price and helped to fix another issue from one of the tires places here in Woodland. I'm officially not taking my vehicles anywhere else but here. Thanks for the excellent service, guys!

This is the only place I take my vehicles to. They do honest work and always nice. They do get busy but I think that’s a good thing. If you want things done right take it to this shop.

I have been using this place for many years. The mechanics are very nice and they do great work. Richard has worked on my truck and car and I have no doubt that they do the best work in town.

The owner, Richard, who seems to always be at the shop is super friendly and helpful. Anytime my car has had an issue, he not only addresses the issue I came in for but let's me know what else he noticed on the car and then provided me with an estimate before he repaired. My car came from a city with cold and snowy weather which is uncommon to this part of California and he was still able to address everything and it's now still a great running car. I have an '06 Scion for anyone that cares. :)

Auto Diesel Tech helped me out tremendously when I purchased my truck. Only had it a few months and the check engine light came on took it in and RIchard the owner was very helpful. He was able to find the issue right away. Instead of paying the dealership a ton of money for a repair that may have only lasted a few years I was able to get a whole new engine and give my beautiful truck a new long life. The owners wife Sally was also amazingly nice and easy to talk to. ThAnk you Auto Diesel Tech for everything you do for my vehicles!!

Thanks again to Mr. Dantzler and the team at Auto Diesel Tech for saving our vacation. Sally squeezed me in for a sudden ABS warning light and Mr. Dantzler stayed past closing to fix the problem. We were able to depart on time and just got back after a 10 week trip with no recurrence of the problem. Auto Diesel Tech rocks!!!

Prices are a bit on the high side but this guy is worth the money. The honesty and speedy service keep me coming back. I've had transmission work, fuel system work and electrical system work done here on my Ford F-250 diesel. No complaints.

Horrible customer support!!!! Took my car in for a diagnostic wich I give them credit for finding out possible problems with my vehicle but sadly unable to come to an agreement on repair cost so car was returned to me with wires unplugged computer terminal unconnected loose bolts that could have been tightened for the safety of the driver. I'm scared to drive my car now after it being in the hands of a repair shop. I really recommend not even thinking about calling this place just for the safety of you own well being.

The worse place ever! My daughter had her car towed there with the tow truck driver had to open driver door to to put car in neutral to get it on the tow truck and when my daughter went to go pay them for the diagnostic her front driver side window was shattered and they said it was when they opened the door it happened which is a lie because the tow truck driver open the door. They are very rude and very unprofessional and treat people like s*** but Megan the receptionist was a pleasure to deal with not Richard he is very very rude

I have brought both of my vehicles here for scheduled maintenance as well as periodic repairs The office reception was helpful in noting my needed repairs. The work has always been completed on time and at qoute. The owner was very helpful in explanation of work done in a way that could be understood by someone unfamiliar with this type of repair.
I am very comfortablle with sharing this review as i am suggesting that you give the shop a try you will be happy you have done so.

Very informative, easy to get an appointment, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Definitely will be back and will no longer seek out University Honda.

The Owner was extremely rude and un cooperative in resolving an existing issue we had on our car that he had worked on and charged us over $200 to "diagnose" it. Also, in us trying to resolve the issue with him he got very aggressive and made us very uncomfortable. He then recommended that if we were still not satisfied to file a complaint with the Better business Bureau.

Brought my car in this morning for a smog with no appointment, not thinking I would need one. The shop is busy! Everyone is running around, phones were ringing off the hook. The receptionist said they were a little busy but with no hesitation, they squeezed me in and I only waited about 15 min for the smog. The owner came to talk to me about my car after it had passed smog. What Great service. Great little local shop as well. And Great prices! I most definitely will be giving Auto Diesel Tech all my vehicle serivces!

I have been going here for the past couple years and I have been very satisfied. The prices are reasonable and more importantly, the customer service is great. They always explain the work they do and can tell they take great pride in what they do.

I tried to go and get a smog check on my car last week, they said they couldn't do it because Richard wasn't in. The other mechanic (very rude) said to bring it in on Wednesday 9/11. I asked if I needed an appt and he said nope just bring it in anytime. So I went at about 8:45am on Wednesday and the women at the front said we can't do it right now, Richard won't be in until after 11:30am. She was talking on the phone and kind of having a side conversation. Poor customer service. My advice...have a couple people who can do a smog check, not just one. I will never bring my car

Front office lady is very nice and overall she was a joy to talk to. However the mechanics are rude, generally aggressive in how they mention things to you. I was paying money for a service and I felt like I was the person being responsible for their personal environment. Not coming back again and if you an take your business elsewhere. You'll be happier about it.

Brought the truck in for front end alignment $59. ?? Was told that if we were to drive the truck in condition it was in. "it isn't safe to drive". Rich & Steve both concurred. They had a whole list of things. Sooo $4200.00 later. Pretty much the whole front end as new. A thousand miles later we bring it in for some brake adjustment/a burning smell.. Rick & Steve concur that the brakes are no good and need be replaced because "a power boost/power steering unit/master cylinder all needed to be replaced!!! And "it isn't safe to drive". Another $1300.00

Not Just a Parts Changer.

Thank you Mr. Dantzler for being so honest and caring. I had my Navigator fixed at a dealership and it was still not running right. One of their mechanics told me it was a normal feel to that type of vehicle's throttle, despite my insistence that it felt like an engine miss (I'm not a mechanic, but I drive a lot).

Mr. Dantzler does work for us on our cars that are no longer under warranty, so I went to him for a second opinion. He took my Navigator into his shop despite being swamped with work. He even stayed after closing time to run the diagnostics and
