McLaine Merrick is a trial attorney who spent his first five years in the courtroom defending insurance companies all over the state of Georgia. With that experience, he now represents the injured people taking on those same giant companies and helps clients navigate the complexities of the legal process.
Jennifer has been in the legal field for the past 10 years, incorporating her bilingualism in Spanish to assist in legally supporting the Hispanic community in the Atlanta area. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice Administration in 2010 and used her customer service background to move into a professional role in legal administration.
Jordanne is a Client Intake Specialist at Brooks Injury Law, helping the firm by being the first point of contact for most clients. Her outgoing personality and caring nature give clients comfort and ease in tumultuous and confusing times. Jordanne spent ten years in the hospitality industry before branching into marketing and social media management for small businesses.

Thanks to Brook Injury Law, I switched to them after another lawyer was fumbling my case and had terrible communication. I worked with Tabitha and she was awesome through out. I did not fight (settled) as life is short but if I wanted to I am sure they would have been the best to move forward with. Highly recommend them!!!

My family and I are so thankful for Brooks Injury Law. My case was a little different because it involved a Lyft driver and was a few months before Covid-19 closures. At one point, my case was at a standstill because offices were closed. None of the previously mentioned challenges deterred Natanya and her team. Brooks Injury Law, LLC was a godsend to my family. My grandmother had been in an auto accident and they took up our case, even though it had been over a year. The insurance company that was supposed to be responsible for the bills refused to pay and the debts were piling up. Thankfully these wonderful people got us an excellent settlement, and after the first offer they got us several thousand more than we had asked for. I had a bad injury to my foot after falling through a rotted deck when looking at a house for sale. They were wonderful, compassionate, responsive, and informed me every step of the way. They got me full amount we requested which was the most that the insurance company limits were, it’s is very unusual. No going back and forth. All the people I dealt with were great. The entire team did an AWESOME job! I was impressed by the communication levels and constantly keeping me updated on my case. Even though I know they have many cases, I personally felt like I was their only one, they were always in touch with me.
