If you are an Immediate Relative of a U.S. Citizen, you may be eligible to apply for a Green Card. If you are a Family Member of a U.S. Citizen, you may be eligible to apply for a Green Card. If you are a Fianc(e) of a U.S. Citizen or a Child of the Fianc(e), you may be eligible to apply for a Green Card.
Our Office is happy to assist those who would like to file an application to extend their B1/B2 Visitor Visa. Due to current events, many visitors find themselves waiting to return to their home countries. It is important to ensure that the visitor visa remains valid to avoid problems in the future.
A 2-year conditional Green Card is granted to an individual who received it based on a marriage that was less than two-years old when you were granted permanent resident status. You may apply to remove that condition, thereby retaining your permanent resident status after that 2-year period. Determine whether you are eligible to remove the conditional status that you have been granted.
If the person needing help doesn't speak English, they are welcome to bring someone to help translate. The cost of this 30-minute Initial Consultation is $75 and is non-refundable. If you then decide to continue to work with Hudani Immigration Law, we will prepare a Letter of Engagement. If you are scheduling a consultation that involves a marriage-based petition please have your spouse present at the consultation.
