The Law Offices of Joseph G. Alioto opened in 1983 on the corner of Broadway and Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the Historic Railway Exchange building. The suburb's magnetic pull eventually attracted the firm, and Joe relocated to the Mayfair area. The redevelopment of Mayfair caused the South Tower businesses to close at the end of 2016.
The firm has now relocated to the Associated Bank Building on the corner of Highway 100 and National Avenue. Conveniently located with ample parking for clients, this new location offers convenience for attorneys and clients alike, centrally located between Milwaukee and Waukesha counties. We also have offices conveniently located at 156 East Wisconsin Avenue in Oconomowoc for our Lake Country clients and clientele to the West.

I was in a terrifying car accident. I had to go to the emergency room, my car was totaled, and I missed work. When I went to see Attorney Joe Alioto, he made me feel cared about and he told me that he would take of everything so I only had to worry about taking care of myself. All the mess that you have to deal with after a car accident, Attorney Alioto took care of and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He would call just to see how I was feeling. I knew I could trust Attorney Alioto to fight for me with the insurance company and he did to get me a settlement much higher than I was not

I was in a bad motor cycle accident and I came to Mr. Alioto for help and to get resolution. I certainly made the right choice as he and his very knowlergeable staff took excellent care of me. They negotiated with my insurance company for an excellent settlement on my bike which was totalled as well as very substantial person injury settlement. I contacted Atty Alioto after a family friend recommended him to me. I spoke with him over the phone and explained the traffic situation I was involved in. He not only told me how to handle it, he treated me with respect and kindness. I continue to use him as an advisor and refer him to my friends and family. Mr. Alioto has helped me in several hit and run accidents, I would have been left with serious medical issues and serious debt. He went above and beyond. He also helped my family with some driving tickets, nothing bad speeding. And more importantly he married my wife and I. Everything was done professionally, he makes you feel like family. This Individual should find another line of work that Is not so challenging. He has been Involved in a case since February of 2016 and In December of 2016 stated to the Judge that he did not know too much about the case..That he wasn't really that familiar with said case...Are you kidding me ? If he spent as much time on his cases as he did on his Tanning then he might actually have more knowledge...What a joke..But that's a WI. Attorney for you.
