Well run small auction. It is a dealer auction. Assuming dealers are car guys and professional appraisers that know the risks of old high mileage cars, many cars are sold AS-IS. You have to do your homework and check them out for yourself. If you know cars and have any mechanical knowledge you can pick through the bad and find a diamond in the ruff. Its still a roll the dice and some people can't stand the heat. If you want a certified fully serviced car with a warranty, I am sure you can find a friendly local car dealer who would be glad to retail one to you.
