Coming from rural Wisconsin we had no idea how much we didn't know about Arizona housing. We chose the Olmstead Team to help with our search. While the housing market is nuts, we were able to tour 6 homes with our awesome agent Andy Brown and our first offer on one of those six was accepted. We couldn't have asked for better, more knowledgeable people to work with.

The Olmstead team did a great job selling my house. They provided suggestions on interior upgrades to help increase buyer appeal. The team did some interior decor improvements to accent the new paint and carpeting. I truly believe the work that everyone did from the Olmstead group added another $70k to what I would have received for my home. We had an incredible experience with the Olmstead team. Bill helped us with the selling and Kim helped us with the buying. The thought of doing this on our own after seeing all the work they put in is overwhelming. They really made both sides of the process easy.
