Jeremiah from Craftsman Home Inspections SAVED US on a condo we were going to buy. We fell in love with the newly remodeled space, but it turns out that the contractors essentially put lipstick on a pig. There were several dangerous electrical issues, along with many other headaches. Not only did Jeremiah perform what was required of him, but he went above and beyond to talk with residents in the area. He asked them how they liked living in the complex, and each one bemoaned the HOA---they went 3 months without hot water! If you're looking for an inspector with integrity who will put your needs

Craftsman Home Inspections llc was awesome! We were put in contact with them through our real-estate agent and we were thrilled with the results. They provided an inspection on the house prior to purchasing it. The best part of the inspection was the incredibly detailed report with pictures and videos that was provided to us. Many things were fixed before we purchased the home but as a result of this very detailed inspection, we now have a great "to-do" or upkeep list on our house. We don't have to guess what we should fix at this time. We plan to call them out again in the future to do another

Jeremiah is amazing! We had the unfortunate experience of needing an inspection done 3 times. However, each time we went back to Jeremiah because of how he takes his time and how thorough he is. Not to mention how honest his character is. The excellent inspection along with Jeremiah's intelligence gives you the peace of mind that the house you are buying is what you want! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Jeremiah walked us through a home inspection a couple days ago. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. His reports are very thorough, and easy to read. I called Craftsman Home Inspections with the need for a thorough home inspection and sewer scope for my new home with only a few days notice, and was greeted on the phone by Jeremiah.
