While working as a summer camp counselor as a college student, Linda proclaimed to her director that "I want to be just like you when I grow up!" Little did she know. Linda worked at Stone Mountain School from its inception in 1991 to 2000, serving as a counselor, program director, human resources manager and admissions director.

Every year I come here is like magic. Forget Disney this is the happiest place on earth! Over the years I’ve made a lot of great friends and kept in touch with them. I’m so excited for this summer, when I’m officially a member of Krewe. I look forward to this summer with making more friends and helping out other campers and some staff. I’ve never felt more accepted in a place in my life than Camp Talisman!! Thank you everyone for making this place so special.

Talisman summer camp is an AMAZING place. This was our grandson's 4th year attending this extraordinary camp. The staff supports an environment of love and caring that we have never seen before . Their mission is to see that every camper has the time of their life while learning new skills. Every year at the end of camp the counselors come and give our grandson a hug that is so sincere you would think he was their own child. It's very clear that these counselors LOVE what they do. This isn't just a summer job, it's a passion - it's who they are and that love is supported by all the people at the

This was my son's first year, and he had a wonderful experience. I have never seen him so positive and confident. The staff took the time to do a comprehensive evaluation of his experience, which we were able to share with his teacher to continue the progress made. He is already looking forward to going back next year, and so are we!

Today we went for our son's orientation for camp this summer. This place is so awesome. I love how it's kids just like ours and all the stuff they do with and for the kids. I believe our son is going to have an awesome time this summer. I can't wait to hear and see pictures about his stay and see if he can go again next summer. Can't thank all the staff for the opportunity to have our son go there

We rented the facility for a high school class reunion a couple of months ago and had a wonderful day from a picnic outside to a party dinner party in the "barn" that evening. Doug had white lights hanging in the "barn" which made our decorations very easy. It was simple but beautiful. Doug was easy to work with. This camp is a great rental venue for off season needs.
