Not very flavorful, very overpriced. $9 for a small bowl Won Ton soup? And these signs are at every table. Extremely tacky.

Never been disappointed! Absolutely love coming here every time we visit Grand Rapids. I really recommend the Thai spring rolls and the gyoza!

Entree portions were decent considering the small size of the appetizer. Appetizer came with very little sweet and sour sauce.
My plate I ordered 5/5 spicy. In reality it was a 2/5, and tasted sour for some reason. I'd ordered the spicy bamboo. My BFF ordered a curry, which tasted great.
Although the food was good, there are better places in town.

Did you know that if you order thru Doordash you will receive 50-30% less food for the same cost per dish?? I’m all for supporting local businesses, but you can’t just surprise customers with smaller portions for the same exact price as a full portion.
I recommend the restaurant drop doordash before they lose more customers.

Worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had. The noodles were dry & the chicken was very old & had the consistency of rubber. I couldn’t eat more than a few bites & threw the rest away.

I got the Basil Duck and it was *phenomenal.* I added a bit of spice since I enjoy heat, but the duck and skin were PERFECTLY cooked, really melted in your mouth. The peppers and onions had just enough bite, and the sauce was very flavorful.

Small store front restaurant in a strip mall. Nicely decorated and clean. Quite warm inside despite being moderate temps outside. Server was very polite.
Food was served promptly and looked good visually. The dish was quite bland despite being labeled as spicy. The texture of the ingredients ranged from firm to overcooked. Overall the meal seemed overpriced for the quality and portion.

Best Thai restaurant in the Grand Rapids area. So authentic, every flavor is spot on, and the nicest people working there. Their pad thai, for example, is the most true to authentic Thai flavor in GR. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We ordered from here for the first and last time. The food was very disappointing and oily. Pretty pricey and we dumped most of the food for 4 people. None of us like it. very unfriendly service.

The food was good, but my Ginger Duck was supposed to come with black mushrooms. It came with a couple button mushrooms. When you order it because it has a specific ingredient and it doesn’t have it, it is very disappointing. My wife’s green curry chicken was very good.

I've been searching for a good authentic Thai restaurant in Grand Rapids and finally found one! I'm so happy Paul Thai opened. We tried the pad see ew and drunken noodles and they were both amazing. Hands down the best Thai noodle dishes we've had in this city. We will be back to try more.

Very authentic tasting. Much different than other Thai restaurants in the area. Flavors were good but price was way too high for the portion. because the bowl was so small for my soup, the noodles didn't get a chance to soak in the flavor of the broth. The owner, Julie, was very nice. The restaurant is named after her son Paul, who cooks there as well. If the prices lowered to match portion size, I would rate it 4/5.
