We have published well over 900 surf reports and forecasts, and helped thousands of surfers and their families with their vacations.

Greg promptly helped me renting a car in Costa Rica at a point I could not find any car available for renting at a decent price. He found one and made me a reservation for a very good price. He also remembered me I could use my credit card to cover the collision insurance fee. Alamo, the renter, provided me a super new and good SUV. On top of that, he seems to know very much about Costa Rica, which helps a lot too! Thanks Greg!

Our experience with Greg and CR Surf was awesome. He helped us with motel reservations in San Jose and Dominical and they were first rate. We booked our rental car through Greg and the price was great with no hidden costs and he arranged for us to have our car delivered and picked up at the hotel we stayed at in San Jose. Greg was very professional and responsive throughout out trip. I would highly recommend his services to anyone traveling in Costa Rica.

Working with Greg Gordon from the CR Surf Travel Company was amazing. Within a day he found the first surf retreat for me in Costa Rica and he also provided me with a wealth of information all along the way. He was super responsive and friendly. There was no "up-sell" or anything. He just helped me find what I needed and was super mellow and cool about it. What a great service.

Great experience with CR Surf! Greg helped us figure out the ideal surf trip for our group of 4 based on everyone's skillset. Everyone absolutely scored on the trip and had a great time. Greg kept us within our budget through rental cars and multiple hotels there was absolutely zero hassle. CR Surf Travel Company was great for our car rental in Costa Rica. Greg found me a good deal through Alamo in Quepos. I had specifics that I wanted and Greg got me a good deal with everything I asked for. I kept asking about hidden fees because I've heard that is a thing in Costa Rica. But, much to my surprise, there weren't any. I had to leave early for a family emergency in the States and I was pleasantly surprised when Alamo only charged me for the time I had the car. Thanks Greg. I'll be using CR Surf Travel Company again.

Greg was awesome to work with! He was incredibly patient with numerous quote requests and so responsive as our plans changed up until the very last minute. He got me a much better rate than I would have gotten on my own and simplified the process of renting in Costa Rica, which can be confusing and surprisingly expensive with various fees that aren’t necessarily built-in or transparent from the start. I rented vehicles through two different companies while on an extended trip there and wish I’d known about Greg at the very beginning! It would have saved me stress and lots of money! Everything

Greg really helped us renting a car in Costa. He is very responsive and his knowledge of the car rental details in Costa Rica is invaluable. Not only did Greg find us a great car at a price that was much lower than I could find elsewhere, his relationship with the rental agencies ensured that our pickup and drop off process was smooth, the vehicle was exactly what we ordered, and the rental agency did not try to oversell any products or surprise us with any hidden fees.
