Sam was able to call me within 30 minutes of me dropping off my computer and he told me exactly what was wrong with it (bad hard drive). Only after diagnosing my problem did he give me a price estimate, which was a bargain compared to other IT shops in the area. I had taken it to Best Buy and not only were they not able to help me after holding my computer for 3 days, they charged me more than Sam did for the entire repair. Local businesses like his are the only reason I don't have to go to these huge tech shops that gauge the hell out of me for any repair just because they can. He will definitely

My computer went out when My kid was starting to do school work from home. I contacted Sam and took my computer in the next day, he was able to complete the repairs in 2 days which was fantastic. He filled me in on what I needed and installed software that was lost.

Sam is so personable and helpful. He has many years of experience and broke down my whole laptop and rebuilt it. His prices are very reasonable. He went out of his way to take care of my computer needs. After I went home with my "new computer" I had questions and called him back several times. He talked to me and took time to explain everything I needed to know. I even took my laptop back to him for extra help and he was more than happy to help without charging me.
