The Structural Wellness Center
I am thrilled to be back in the office working again and am eager to continue the great work we have always done together! After this challenging year, we all need support. I am fully vaccinated and practicing with the latest healthcare guidelines in mind. I wear two masks, test myself weekly, and sanitize the room between visits.

Clients need to show proof of vaccination before scheduling a first visit, and wear a mask that fits correctly during your time in the office. We appreciate your flexibility and patience. First visits include a conversation to review the relevant history leading up to your current situation and an opportunity to get answers to your questions.
Services
As certified practitioners of Structural Integration, we help you identify, understand and resolve your unique pain and stress patterns. Treatments are designed to improve mobility, release long-held tensions and improve the healing of chronic injuries.

It is the intention of the Structural Wellness Center to act with integrity, good-will, and honesty in order to establish a safe, positive, and rewarding world-class environment within which each client can observe, transform, and enrich the entirety of their self.
Clients describe feeling better - both during their treatments and for days after. They also mention that experiencing positive changes echoing throughout their bodies is incredibly satisfying. The clients that work with us are engaged in the process, and interested in being a part of it.

As our work progresses we begin to address what you do on a daily basis with direct interventions both while you are on the table, and with practical everyday considerations including patterns of work, exercise, sleep, walking your dog - whatever it is you do with your life. Our work is practical, and our goal is to give you a world-class experience on the table that can easily translate into your day-to-day.
While there are many excellent practitioners and an even wider variety of modalities to choose from; when you work with me I provide a level of service that not only adds value to your treatment, but empowers our work to become fundamental to your life - not just something that happens on the table.
Sessions for series work are covered by the same cancellation policy as described below "Hours of Operation." A session will be deducted from your series balance should you cancel within 6 hours or no-show. And you will have a choice if you want to cancel within 24 hours to pay a 100$ fee to keep your session balance as it was prior to the missed session or deduct a session from your balance.
At this point I sense a surprising suppleness in my body and measurably increased range of motion. I engage in regular, extreme physical activity with very little discomfort. I am very grateful to Brian. He is not simply a body worker. He has been more like a coach. His involvement with my progress did not end with the ten sessions.

Brian is a great healer and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for relief from chronic pain or muscle tightness, or for anyone who is looking to improve their overall health and posture.

I came to Brian looking to get rid of some tightness in my upper back, as well as some limited mobility and pain in my lower left back. Brian was a great resource from the start of session 1-- not only in terms of providing measurable relief through his bodywork on a weekly basis, but also in terms of helping me to understand areas of weakness in my posture. After a few sessions, Brian

I came to Brian with persistent hip and lower back pain that chiropractic work had failed to ease. I was unable to stretch, and walking, sitting and standing caused pain. By session 5 with Brian, I was much improved, and since session 8 I have been back to my regular running routine and am feeling great. Brian is fantastic to work with, and a pleasure to spend time with. He has an amazing intuitive understanding of the body's alignment, and I recommend him highly.

I had heard of Rolfing from a patient of mine who spoke of how it really helped her with chronic neck, back and breathing issues. I was suffering for some nagging injuries of my own caused by training for triathlons and just having poor body mechanics (slumping over a desk or the steering wheel of my car) I had tried massage therapy which always helped for a day or 2 but never lasted. I found Brian just by looking around and he has been a lifesaver. He takes a a tremendous amount of time discussing your goals of therapy and explains the whole idea of Rolfing as a science. He is a true craftsman

My cousin had told me the wonders of rolfing for adjusting the body and suggested I find someone for dealing with the headaches and back pain I experience. I did try another Rolfer and wasn't satisfied. My cousin convinced me to try one more time with another Rolfer. I decided to try Brian and what a difference! I can tell you that it is important that you find someone who you connect with and who listens.
I found that with Brian. He listens not only to what you have to say but what your body has to say when he is working on you. After only two treatments I have experienced fewer headaches

Working with Brian has changed my body to such a degree that I no longer feel stuck in my body but in control and grounded. This allows me to feel & express my true emotions, which helps me move more freely with full capacity & no restrictions. The body is a temple and the more you learn about it's relation to gravity, then you can begin to walk on a path of freedom within your body's true potential. It's as if Rolfing frees up body conscious to regulate & restore its natural biology. I gain access to another dimension that I wasn't aware of before.
