Sterling's founder, Todd Jarvis, having had custom homes built for his own family, was frustrated with the experience of integrating technology in his own home and felt there had to be a better way. Recently, a nearby lightning strike knocked out, several TV's, all the electronic wall switches and a couple of TV as well as internet modem.
I call Sterling on Tuesday morning and by 1 pm, a technician was at the house getting me back up and running what could be repaired. Other parts were ordered and plans made to finish the repairs.
I had several questions overnight and sent an e mail, immediately the tech replied that he would be back in the area and drop in and answer my questions.
Also, the billing department was very helpful with helping me process my payment the exact way it needed to

I inherited a bit of an older system I the home I bought. Sterling installed the original system so I decided to go directly to them to have it updated, as well as have a few issues taken care of. The original system was no longer supported, even by the manufacture, so I elected to have a new Control4 system installed. The initial install of the new system was great...the follow up, not so much. There were several missed appointments and a lot of miscommunication. I eventually ended up calling the company owner (Todd, who was amazing! Great guy). He got things back on track and got most of the

After a recent move into a new home, I wanted to have a nice entertainment area set up. I was scheduled for an in home estimate/consult within a very short amount of time and was extremely happy with their knowledge and professionalism. Despite not moving forward with this company, they've been willing to help make sure I was not being taken advantage of/ripped off by another company with services and products. I'd HIGHLY recommend this company if it fits their needs.
