I contacted Tiger Mechanical after I had contacted another company and never heard back from them. Tiger contacted me in a timely manner, an appointment was made. Dan from Tiger called me before he came to repair our refrigerator so I was able to secure our big dogs. He was kind, professional and cleaned up after himself. He explained the issues clearly. We had to wait for parts but when they came in he came back and repaired the problem. It was such a nice experience due to the professionalism of Dan and the scheduling staff.

These guys were awesome! We had to wait for a week or so, we only had an ice machine issue, for a qualified and experienced technician that knew about older fridges but well worth the wait as they FIXED my moms old fridge so we can keep it working a few more years with the custom wood panels and didn't push anything on us PLUS gave great recommendations about self service we can do and great advice regarding other appliances! Will FOR SURE use again!!!

I have a dishwasher that just wasn't drying anymore. I have a master agreement with Electrolux and on my second attempt to get it fixed they sent Tiger Mechanical. The tech called tech support to no avail but didn't stop there. He ordered a new thermostat and returned the following Monday. It WORKED my dishwasher now dries perfectly. I appreciate the service tech didn't accept the response from tech support and went the extra "mile" which did the trick.

My fridge that is 2 months old has a horrible chemical smell that started out of nowhere a week ago. The repairman who did not introduce himself arrived this morning. He opened the door, said he could not smell anything, closed the door and said there was nothing wring. He left after 5 minutes. Don't waste your time with this place.

After a bad experience with a different repair company, I called these folks. My experience with Tiger was good. The tech did fix the washing machine issue, correctly and carefully diagnosing the problem by listening to my description of the problem. The "other" tech from the "other" company disregarded my inputs to the issue and incorrectly (and expensively!!) and misdiagnosed the leakage problem. Tiger Mechanical's tech was polite, tidy, and on time as scheduled. I would definitely call these folks again. Believe me...they are better than others!!

My Bertazzoni oven was not lighting properly. Tiger charged $149 just to dispatch a technician to diagnose the problem. The technician ID'd and corrected the issue in less than 5 minutes. The Tech pulled out his iPad and then tried to charge me $90 for labor....5 minutes of work! When I called him out, he eventually said "fine" and didn't charge me. It was an uncomfortable interaction in my own kitchen. I still paid $149 for 5 minutes of work. To the owners - tried calling management to let you know, but nobody answered the phone.

I have used Tiger Mechanical on two service issues with out Sub Zero refrigerator at our home on Sedona. They made it easy to make an appointment and stayed in contact verifying information as to when the tech would be arriving. The tech was prompt, right on time. He was through in his evaluation of the issue, plus my concerns with the timing to… get the parts and return to complete the repair. Tiger mechanical has been great to work with. There has been some delay on getting the items needed for the repairs, but that is probably due to covid and is unavoidable on their part. Their technicians have a done a terrific job on the installation. I will be calling them again if I ever have a problem.

I had Tiger mechanical repair a refrigerator in my rental house. The technician assessed the failure to maintain temperature to one or two possible causes. So he ordered the replacement part and with labor, it was $450. He installed the part and the Frig was working properly.
