R+K Real Estate understands the financial burden of buying a home. In order to offset that burden in a small way, we offer a Buyer Gift Rewards Program. For example, if a Buyer purchases a $200,000 house, they could earn up to a $2,000 gift in Gift Rewards! We understand that making the decision to buy carries a massive financial impact on our clients.
Typical seller-side listing fees are a percentage of the sales price of a home; usually upwards of 2.5-3.5% of the sales price (with another 3% for the buyer's agent). Kansas real estate law states that an agent must represent their client to their full ability, not based on amount of their commission.
Obtaining a home loan can be an overwhelming experience, especially for first-time home buyers. At R+K Real Estate, we are fortunate to partner with local lenders that we rely on to take care of our clients. And in Lawrence, local is king. Ryan is awesome! I was a first-time home buyer and Ryan was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process. He looked out for me at each step (from house visits, to offer, inspections, and closing, and everything in between) and was always available to answer my (often silly) questions. He is also very knowledgeable of the local area and his recommendations on local contractors and services has been invaluable. We're still in touch as I navigate being a first-time home owner. In selling our home, it turned out that it had all sorts of unanticipated problems, including mold and structure. We all thought the home would sell fast, but it ended up taking 5 months total. Ryan stuck with us throughout, giving expert opinions on renovations and repairs, and even ending up contracting repair people and doing some cleaning of the house himself! We were out of the country for the last 10 days, and even still Ryan made it happen. It was a very grueling and seemingly endless process but would have been impossible without his help. Economically, Ryan gives the best deal of any agent

If you're looking for an AWESOME agent to work with I highly recommend Ryan. If it's not for him I won't be writing any Google review but he's just so amazing and I don't wanna miss a chance to share our experience. My husband and I decided to start the process of selling our house in Lawrence 2nd of Nov. after 2 weeks we already found a buyer.
