Hi kosia, you truly are amazing i cant believe the hair i walked out with, thank you so much for fixing my color and making me feel myself again. About 4 months ago I was looking to get natural-looking "sun-kissed" highlights. To my excitement, I noticed a girl at my college with the most beautiful highlights i've ever seen; it was hard for me to tell whether or not they were natural and the color was spectacular.

I had a great Brazilian Wax from here. I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman who waxed me. She was AMAZING. I don’t live near South Orange but I am contemplating traveling just so she can wax me. There was minimal wait time. The salon was clean. Again, the lady who waxed me great! My wax was $50.

All I can say is WOW! From the second I called to make the appointment, to when I walked out following my appointment, I was beyond impressed with the service and how friendly the staff was. I was nervous about trying a Keratin, but when making the appointment Eddie took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped guide me to the treatment that sounded like the best fit. Upon arrival I was introduced to Maggie who worked her magic, literally! She listened to what I wanted to get out of the treatment and was so friendly throughout the process. Skye is the best hairstylist I have ever had!! I always go to her for a cut and color (sometimes she styles curls in my hair, too!) She always does what is best for the health of my hair and makes it look amazing and flashy (like me!!) She does a vast range of services just see her blonde and highlight work on instagram! I was going to her when we went to school together, but my experience was only magnified when I came to Lumie. Kosia has designed a beautiful salon and chosen amazing products with care. Each of my appointments are such an experience. From the actual service to the products used, there are no complaints. As soon as you step in the salon, you are welcomed and attended to. Kosia does an amazing Rezo Cut and style on my curly hair. She doesn’t just do the service but she talks you through each step she does. I am super particular with my curly cuts and have had numerous cuts by different people. However, since finding Kosia, I’ve found my go to.

Lumie is a beautiful salon in South Orange. The service is excellent and it is very clean. I was also seated upon arrival. I got my first Rezo cut (cutting hair in naturally curly state) and love how it turned out. I have been apprehensive about getting one because I didn’t want it cut too short, but Kosia listened to what I wanted, made a recommendation, and communicated with me about how much she was cutting throughout. She also provided good tips on how to keep it moisturized and healthy at home. I will most definitely be going back!

Both Kosia and Skye are super talented and professional. Got my salt and pepper hair bleached, toned, and cut short. My hair is very thick and coarse, and the look turned out trés chic. It was a great experience, looked cool. Since it is COVID times, it's important to note that I felt super safe in the shop. It's beautiful salon. Can't say enough great stuff. Also, my husband got his hair done there (by Skye) and it is an excellent cut. So pleased that Lumie Salon is in town!
