So I made an appointment today with Patricia and I asked her if she’s able to do this type of design she said yes but it is out that she couldn’t do it the design is awful does shaping is awful she even cut me on my ring finger my pointer finger the shapes not good the nail lace one is bigger than the other not all the same size the acrylic that will please but she was a nice person but I low-key don’t recommend doing acrylic nails with her

I came in to have my eyebrows threaded and asked for a clean up. Instead the lady threaded my eyebrows unevenly and now I have some bald spots on parts of my eyebrows. This place seems to hire people with 0 experience. Not worth it. Super upset because I have not done my eyebrows in months for it to be done disgustingly.

I came Here with a friend for a pedicure and it was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever received! I never Even leave reviews but this place was so bad I just had to. The pedicure was very painful this woman would not stop scratching, cutting and poking my cuticles. She was also poking the sidewalls of my nails with the cuticle pusher. After letting her know she was being too rough nothing changed. They then proceeded to over charge for a very basic pedicure that was rushed! Ive been there ocasionally to get my eyebrows threaded and the outcome has not been bad. However, after today I will not be coming back. I have naturally thick eyebrows and I take great pride in them. I went 2 months without touching them to allow them to get even more thicker. I specifically told the lady just clean them up with a nice shape. She left me with thin thin eyebrows and completely messed up my natural arch and shape. I get my nails done here occasionally , I never had any complaints about this place. Now I just got my nails done on Wednesday, for my birthday I chose acrylic for my nails and two days later one of my nails cracked in half ..I'm not happy that happen to me this never happen before 😠I dont think I wont be coming back here.

Went here a couple of times. Now they only go by appointments and they seem to have multiple people work on your hair at once hence why my hair was extremely damaged after I got color and some highlights done and it wasn't nothing compared to what I had shown them that I wanted. They never seem to have the color of my choice or maybe they just don't understand because majority of the staff there barely understands English.

The prices are cheap here which represents the service and cleanliness of the place. I only come here if I'm super broke and then I regret it every time! After making the appointment I walk in and am not greeted at all- instead just waved over to the pedicure chair. I got a pedicure and the lady got all the steps out of order- tried to massage my feet and put lotion on after she put my sandals on! Then while I was waiting to pay I feel someone touching my feet. Horrible customer service. I entered the business and the women in the front desk didn't even acknowledge me then I told her the service I wanted to get done then she said ok and began to get ready to leave so I told another employee and she said I couldn't get the service done today that I would have to come back tomorrow. If the women in the front desk would have had some type of customer service in her DNA I would've left with no problem but if you work in an industry where you service people and your customer service is garbage you're going to lose a lot of clientele. I got their package in March and got a great deal. $65 for my nails, toes, hair, and eyebrows. I can't believe it! I'm coming back in April too.
I specially loved how the eyebrow lady did my eyebrows, gentle, clean, and shaped perfectly. This place is a must try for eyebrows.The hair stylists and nail stylists were working simultaneously to get the job done on time, they did pretty well too. Definitely recommend The new York Styles.

Rushed over to get my makeup done for a wedding and WOW! Was amazing by Jodyris' craft. She's super sweet and knows what she's doing! Absolutely worth a visit. This place has a threading/waxing station, nail station, makeup station, and even hair stylists and a barber readily available. Definitely a bang for your buck!

I've been coming here since I landed in New Jersey the only reason I keep coming here is because it's the closet thing to me and I can't find anywhere that's around the corner. If you choose to come here, hopefully you can speak Spanish in order to get across what you need and want perfectly. I came Monday to do my nails, toes and eyebrows. I got two out of the 3 done because the girl that does eyebrows weren't here. Got home realize that my toe and a nail was messed up. I took a picture right away and called them back. I love how they always have offers for all services. Love their manicures and pedicures and blowouts. My favorite thing is their eyebrow threading service, my eyebrows come out perfect every time. They have eyelash extensions for the best price in town. The employees are really friendly too, and they provide free coffee all day Love this place!

I received the worst blow out ever at this salon. The stylist was very nice so I kind of feel bad leaving this review. I came here one evening on a week day because my local blow out bar closes very early and this location was closer to my job. I never knew that you could go wrong with a blow out. My hair had more volume on one side than the other and the stylist added too much product on my hair. (my hair is already straight so I don't know why he would do that?) Terrible experience. I've gone about 6 times this past year for my eyebrows and pedicures. I loved how they did my pedicures which is why I continued to go back even though they constantly told me they were "booked" or didn't have any open spaces. They are not "walk-in" friendly. Even when you make an appointment, you'll End up waiting the same as some people who just walk in. The threading ladies did a good job as well, but only when there aren't many customers waiting otherwise they rush. Overall the customer service here is terrible unless you know one of the workers.

This place used to be the go-to spot for eyebrow threading. They used to have an Egyptian woman who was wonderful. Then they had 2 Indian women who were equally great. However, the last three times I've been here, it seems they've gotten rid of the girls because now the owner, Elizabeth, has been doing my eyebrows. I usually always come here for my brows, but after today I wouldn't do it to myself again. I walked in and immediately got taken care of (that one and only star it deserves), when I sat on the chair I told the lady I wanted my face threaded and that once she got to my eyebrows all I wanted was a clean up no thinner than what they were. Once she was done I thought all was well until I looked... my eyebrows are SO so so thin.
