At the Lakes at Deerfield, residents have four floor plans to choose from to suit their lifestyle. Every spacious apartment features open living areas with oversized kitchens, breakfast bars and a separate dining area. Extending from the living room, relax and unwind on your private balcony or patio overlooking lushly landscaped garden areas and lakes.
Friendly pets are welcome residents at The Lakes at Deerfield with outdoor walking paths and community spaces to exercise your furry friends. To maintain a safe and enjoyable community for all our residents, please note of our pet policies. Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals. Non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the first animal, plus $400 for each additional animal.

We signed the lease excited about open guest parking whenever! But they recently signed a contract with a parking regulator and now I can pretty much only see my boyfriend only 2 weeks every month because he will get his car booted otherwise. Horrible! We would not have signed a lease here if we knew this would be the case! There has never been an issue with parking spaces as there are plenty, so they’re just trying to collect extra money.

I have been a resident of this property for 4 years now and I highly recommend it! You can’t beat the location- Publix, Walmart, fast food/restaurants all across the street in walking distance. In addition the I-95 ramp is around the corner! There is tennis courts, a volleyball court, beautifully renovated pool/jacuzzi area as well as clubhouse. There is even a small picnic area with bbq grills. All of the staff maintaining the property are excellent. Jonathan and the maintenance crew do great work and do not let problems go unsolved. Chantal is extremely pleasant and helpful at the front desk

I’ve been living at the Lakes at Deerfield in a 1 bed/ 1 bath with my boyfriend and pup since October 2019. We’ve just re-signed our lease for another year here. Location is perfect, Walmart and Publix are right in front of the complex, it’s right next to I-95 to get to Boca, WPB or Fort Lauderdale fast and deerfield beach is less than 10 minutes away. Rosa, the property manager, has been here since I moved in and has been super helpful anytime I needed anything or had any questions. Maintenance requests were filled quick and the maintenance person Julio is the best!! There’s a little gym

Office staff is very rude and sarcastic. Don’t even waste your time trying to call and ask questions, it’s best to just visit the office. Basic phn etiquette and understanding they do not possess. Dealt with a Diana who was very nonchalant, sarcastic and rude …for no reason. Not sure if their working for free but their attitudes seems like they don’t want to deal with ppl at all. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So happy I was denied here and approved somewhere else wayyyyyyy more nicer than here. Treat ppl with respect, it goes along way.

Rosa Perez is honestly one of the best people I've met. I went in on a tour and same day ended up applying. From the minute I went on that tour to her handing me my keys, it has been a breeze. This is my first time moving out from home, all the anxiety, fear, concerns that I had starting this apartment hunting journey went away when I had Rosa as my leasing consultant. We have been living here for over 3 years and we are very happy! During this time, I have seen this community improve A LOT. Rosa has been here since day one, and she is the one that goes above and beyond for the residents. We are very thankful for that.
