Worst place to live, people that are saying this new parking system is great are lying. They must be part of the scam. I'm moving as far away as possible of this junk. If you are wondering why just have your vehicle broken into twice and They have the audacity to say ."I'm sorry call your insurance". No security only a guy driving an out car from 9pm until 4 am most of the time he'll be at 7/11 around the corner anyway. People in the office are rude and unhelpful.(read other reviews) The new management must be making some money on the side because they implemented this 24/7 booting system just

Horrible place to leave if is not a neighbor making too much noise is the management that is incompetent and lazy. They are very quick to take your rent money and raise it up every year, but when something gets broken or damaged they will do anything to avoid repairing or change it. Office personnel is unable to help, it seems like no one cares there. They are better places to live. It took 2 years to get the washer and dryer working and it had to be replaced , one year to fix properly the AC unit and this year is the dish washer year. Seriously can't wait for lease to expire to get out of here

Everyone has an opinion about somewhere they live or lived and oftentimes it takes people that care to prop up the experience. Tivoli Park is one such place. A Vast community filled with imperfections. It's a tough feeling. Feeling like you are throwing good money after bad in Apartment living that does not deliver on its promise.
