If you want a nice, clean community and a property manager that cares, DO NOT RENT HERE! For the price, this place a a dump and is loaded with problems. Roaches and other bugs became an issue immediately. I was not warned of a prior infestation. The maintenance is average and the leasing office has done nothing but provide false information since my initial visit. If I wasn't in such a dire situation, I NEVER would have rented at the Crossroads and im upset that I now have to stay. I've been lied to by Rick (property manager) and forced to pay fees that were not previously explained. After seeking

We have been looking for a place to live for 3 months now, and I have been at The Crossroads more than 3 times on these past time.Every time that I was there, Ricky treated me with so much happiness and kindness. We helped me a lot, answered all the questions that I had, showed me several apartments, until I choose one. After the 3 months searching, I can say that this place is really good price wise, location wise, and quality wise as well!! Thank you so much Ricky and team for this exceptional experience!

Terina, the leasing manager, is great, and honestly she has been the one thing that has been amazing here, she needs a promotion. However, if your thinking of moving here please think twice, when I first moved in I was never shown the apartment prior only the online layout (another leasing manager was here at the time) and on the day of move in the floor plan that was online was COMPLETELY different than what I got, didn't match at all, so last minute I had to sign another lease for a different apartment that I didnt want, that was 300 dollars more. When I got there the closet doors were both broken

I have lived here for over 10 years and there's a reason for that. The community continues to get better and without Kera the property manager none of this would possible. She has done more work than any person to ever be in the office and makes it a point to make everyone feel heard while running the property as it always should have been ran. This is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

I have lived in the community for 3 years and I wouldn't want to raise my family anywhere else. It is quiet and calm and a friendly family environment. Kera the property manager is friendly and professional and makes sure that if there is a need that it is then care of promptly. I highly recommend making this your next home !!!!
