In select cases we can provide services at lower position levels as a part of our Flagship Account. We require an Engagement Fee at initiation of a search which is applied to the final professional service fee.

Our Flagship Account provides a "Best Value" fee structure for clients who want to benefit from an ongoing search relationship with RZ Partners. We provide you with a customized fee structure to reduce per hire expense and a payment plan that lowers progress payment commitments. Additionally an expanded range of services shifts recruitment from an event to a talent acquisition process.
