First, I used to order a lot from here because the food USED to be good. But after what happened I would not purchase from here again. I was order number 55 and they told me that it would be 30 minutes, sure no problem I get there and had to wait another 30 minutes because they had all their orders disorganized. I ordered wings and a pizza. Somehow, order 56 gets their order before me. They hand me the wings way before and by the time I get the pizza you can figure it would be cold. But still trying to be a supporter I don’t say anything. Finally, I receive the pizza, when I get home the wings

I have been trying to figure out how to undo the post that I previously put out about Umbertos. I didn’t want to give the impression that it wasn’t a great restaurant, it absolutely is! I was very upset when I opened a large calzone the next day to find it burned. I just thought that it never should have gone out. Wasn’t until the next day that I saw it. I would always recommend them! Thank you for listening though!

My husband and I went to eat at this restaurant over 25 years ago when we were first married and I absolutely had never had authentic Italian/Scilian food in my life until we went with his family there. We spent the better part of the night laughing being loud drinking wine and enjoying the most exquisite food ever made in this area. The garlic rolls were made with chucks of garlic swimming in a olive oil butter pool in the bottom of the basket that I near drowned willingly. The salads and minestrone followed and behind that eggplant Parmigiana. Awwww I told the tale of this magnificent place for

Was a frequent diner here about 8 years ago, moved away and that was that. Was in town today and decided to visit again. It was a Sunday, post Dolphin game crowd and large party in the rear section. In spite of the large crowd, the staff were polite and courteous with an attention to detail. The food was just as we remembered it and so glad we stopped by. You will not be disappointed.

Pizza was ok, I would have liked to have had more vegetables on the pizza and more of a variety of vegetables on it. The garlic Knotts are delicious with lots of garlic. Our server was ok, she kind of made me feel rushed and I would have liked her to check on us or just be friendly more. We still gave a 25% tip because we understand how hard the restaurant business is and how hard they work. We will give it another try.

This was our second visit here in 20 years.
First of all, the pizza is absolutely delicious. I am originally from New York and this almost taste as good as those pizzas in New York.
We had a waiter today named ALEX. What a wonderful sweet gentleman. He was courteous and kind. He apologized for a not significant detail he missed. We have been to many many restaurants and when a waiter missed on a detail they don’t apologize many just say “oops”.
Restaurants need more waiters with empathy and curtesy as Alex.

Wife and I tried this place last night, for the first time. The food and service was phenomenal. Our waiter’s name was Arthur, and he definitely went the extra mile to make sure our experience would be great! Gnocchi with pink vodka sauce for me, spaghetti with garlic sauce and chicken for my wife. Garlic rolls were top notch too! We’ll definitely be back.
