I've never felt so strongly negative about any service, ever.
(esp. enough to leave a review)
The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Any frustration I had over taxes should have been easily resolved, but no one there can communicate to any concise degree. Whenever I had a frustration (usually brought on my miscommunication or complete lack thereof) I was responded to passive aggressively and with attitude.

1: I was made to feel like an idiot consistently.
2: Costs were not transparent, never discussed, and simply billed to me and a couple times not to the correct address
