Great beachside location and awesome ocean views. Enjoyed the courtyard and tables right along the boardwalk. Our room was clean and updated with a kitchenette and full size fridge. Nice owners, living on- site, take great care of property. We stayed in #12, one of their smaller rooms, and it was perfect for 2 people. Will be back!

Wow! This place is amazing! We stayed 9 nights! And we loved it so much ! very clean the owners are so nice! Everything is right there on boardwalk free parking. They cleaned our room everyday! We got the ocean view room it was just perfect and the price was extremely nice! Thank you again for the best stay! We will definitely be back!

Epic! Paradise on Earth! This is our second time staying here. We plan on making it an annual trip to Sea Downs. Literally 20 feet to the beach. We have small children that frequently need to leave the beach for food, naps, potty breaks. This place is ideal for that! Great staff that own and run this place, super friendly and helpful. Rooms are perfect with furnished kitchens. Right on the boardwalk, so just steps from great food and entertainment during evenings. It doesn’t get any better than Sea Downs!

Love this place! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, rooms are very clean and you can’t beat the location. You are right on the beach and boardwalk with access to places to eat, drink and shop. We were there from March 9- March 17 2020 and it was our 2nd time there... We will definitely be going back. I feel we found our home away from home when we’re looking to get away. Thank you Sea Downs for making our week so enjoyable!!!

We have been staying at the Sea Downs for 30 years and love it just as much as the first visit so long ago. My parents also vacationed at the Sea Downs beginning in the 80's. The staff is wonderful and make you feel like family. The units are clean, well stocked with utensils, cookware, linens etc. We love the patio and location on the broad walk. Excellent as always and never disappoints! Their other property the Bougainvillea is located right behind the Sea Downs and is also very nice with a quiet and beautiful courtyard. Another option that you will also be very happy with!

We're back!! As always, it's such a pleasure to stay here. The staff is excellent and the rooms are immaculate! I've known the owners, the Herzogs, for over 20 years. Kudos to them for keeping their establishment updated year after year. Their rates are very competitive, they have so many amenities and its all surrounded by a very peaceful and inviting environment. My grandson and I have been coming here since he was a little boy. He is now 16 and still loves to come here. He says it's a tradition. We consider this place our home away from home. It's so nice to be greeted

We rented a 1-bedroom corner apartment on the 2nd floor facing the beach. The view out all 3 windows was of the ocean, just steps from the beach and boardwalk. Sea Downs also has a pool which was a nice addition since we weren't sure our son would like the ocean. The pool was just fine, although it didn't face the beach but rather was behind the building. The A/C in the apartment worked so well we found ourselves turning the temp setting up. There's free WIFI.
