Countryside Manor was designed carefully to be an assisted living facility with a soothing environment, safe & secure, easy to navigate floor plan, activities for every level of resident we have and promote a sense of family. Our caregivers focus on each person individually, learn their likes/dislikes in order to provide them with the best level of senior care and be their friend.
We have weekly meals specially planned and fun, meaningful activities to engage all our residents. Family and friends are encouraged to come to monthly family night, weekly game nights, enjoy a meal with their loved one, or just anytime they want to drop by and say hello! We are only about 15-20 minutes from downtown Conroe.

Services
We are a privately owned & operated, fully licensed senior home. Specifically designed for seniors, we strive to create an environment that is comfortable, safe, and meaningful. 4 years, Megan has worked for an Architecture firm that specializes in designing senior living communities. Sean comes from a background in farming and knows what it means to have a great work ethic.
We love our residents & their families, so feel free to visit during normal business hours 8am-8pm or call to set up a tour! We are here to answer any and all questions or concerns you may have. Give us a call or send a message. Families & friends of residents and welcome to come visit anytime during 8am-8pm any day of the week.
To pre-register please read our Pre-admission checklist and download the Application for Reservation, fill out & email it to countrysidemanorconroe@gmail.com OR call/email to set-up an appointment to discuss possible admission and come by for a tour of our beautiful newly constructed facility. We provide a closet/armoire and resident can bring their own bed (or if necessary we can provide a bed).
Activities take place every day of the week throughout the day. We provide a variety of activities to meet the needs of the individuals. This includes memory games, movie nights, bingo, arts & crafts, gardening, as well as small group and individual activities.
Our staff is trained in working with our residents to promote interaction and socialization on a level that is comfortable to each individual in order to help reduce the risk of depression and loneliness.We invite family, friends and volunteers to come play bingo, watch a movie, play games with our residents or just sit and socialize!

We enjoy having volunteers come to socialize with our residents, take them for a walk in the garden, assist with activities, put together a puzzle, sit and talk, etc. At Countryside Manor we do not require volunteers to come at scheduled times or certain days, etc. As long as you are approved and background checked, you are welcome any time during normal business hours.

I can’t say enough!!!!! What a blessing this home was, full of love, made you feel like family. My mom did not want to go to a assisted living facility but do you health reasons she had to. I would highly recommend this facility, clean, beautiful setting, and they will love you like there own family. Thank you countryside Manor for loving my mom and her family. We love you.

I'm thrilled we found Countryside Manor for my mom! She loves it, and we are very thankful for the wonderful care she receives. The staff is so sweet to her and more importantly make her feel special and safe in her new environment. Countryside Manor feels like a cozy house and is clean and inviting. The residents feel like family and there are lots of fun activities for them to enjoy. Our family is always welcome to visit, and my mom loves going on walks outside and sitting on the patio. I can't say enough about the staff. They are awesome! Each and everyone are kind, helpful, and keep us informed

My heart is full. We found a forever home for our Mama at Countryside Manor. Mom is right at home here. The staff made us feel very welcome and as though we are family. We all feel right at home every time we visit. The staff share photos and text with us on many occasions with Mom so that we don’t miss a thing in her day. Mom has made a special bond with other ladies. Our mom is happy and feels at home. We cannot Say enough about the cleanliness, the care and love that is very obvious from the staff. Meghan and Shawn (owners) are very hands on and have done a great job in creating a forever

What a special place! The garden is gorgeous and each room is designed with meticulous attention to detail. It warms my heart to have known the owners for years and have seen them put their hearts into making Countryside Manor a place that your loved ones can feel at home and safe. The beauty salon is my favorite part of this place, and the activities offered are great for the entire family visiting their loved one.
