Barron was amazing at helping us find a space for the relocation of our office. Randy and his son Baron have incredible integrity. Randy has helped me negotiate 4 leases over the last 10 years, and it always amazes me to see how much landlords like working with him. Randy is a deal maker, but no one ever feels like they've been taken advantage of. And when you need Randy most, he will be there to help you negotiate out of your lease. Our lease was coming up on our office space and it was time to look for new space. The last time we looked, we did everything on our own after trying to work with a realtor unsuccessfully. I wanted someone to help me this time around so I read some reviews on Yelp and Google. Randy doesn't have many reviews but the ones he did have were pretty good. I do not have enough good things to stay about Commercial Realty Specialists. I own a gym and had outgrown the previous industrial space we were using. I contacted them to help me secure a new larger space. Not a lot of landlords want gyms, and usually the process can take months finding a space that will work. Within a week we narrowed down on a space and signed the paperwork. They took care of all the negotiations and got me a ton of tenant improvements and a couple months of free rent. I did not have to lift a finger whatsoever. If you reach out to these guys you will be in very good hands.
