Excellent quality of care from staff as well as Dr. Baldwin. Dr. Baldwin clarifies every diagnosis and will then answer any question you may have about the visit and follow up care. Reasons for every step and drops given are covered and explained as necessary and/or as requested. Never have left their office without a pretty good understanding of what and why things are done. Appreciate every staff member and the extra effort made by Dr. Baldwin.

The kindness, thoroughness, and efficiency I experienced was the best care I have ever received. I got in and out quickly, but never felt rushed or like no one wanted to listen to me. I popped in briefly on my lunch hour to see their sunglasses frame choices, and I was greeted by the technician and told they would help me shortly. Moments later a technician greeted me by name and said she was pulling up my chart to start working on frames and lens options. My favorite optometrist in the area and I'm biased - I've worked for a few. Dr. Baldwin is the type of doctor who cares deeply about her patients and staff. I love getting to chat with her and feel like I'm talking to a friend, not just a physician. My super picky husband found glasses he loved, but are backordered for 8 weeks. We don't mind waiting to go back and support Dr. Baldwin and her staff because their products, care, and attention to detail are WORTH IT. She's the type of doctor you've been wishing you could find - book an exam already!

By far the best eye exam I've had. The staff was very professional and very friendly. My glasses feel amazing. I was a little nervous bringing my 2 year old son with me, but he loved it. Everyone was always smiling at him and he got out of his shy stage very quickly. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Baldwin and will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks for the awesome visit!

I have been going to the Eye Gallery since 2015. Dr. Baldwin and her staff are amazing! The eye gallery team strides above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. The staff is very respectful and polite. I’ve been to about 6 different optometrists over the years and never have been this friendly. This is by far the best optometrist I’ve been to. If you are looking for an optometrist... well look no further the eye gallery is hands down the best in Wichita.
