Fetch Eyewear

Unbelievable experience with Fetch. I found myself in the area and decided to stop in to their storefront to see what the hype was about (I have a friend who highly recommended them) and was blown away. The staff that was working that day were very friendly and helpful. I didn't plan on buying anything when I went in but after hearing more about their mission and what they stand for, I couldn't help but buy two pairs of sunglasses. I will most definitely be recommending Fetch to anyone on the market for new eyewear. Keep up the great work!

I came across Fetch Eyewear, via an Instagram ad. I had to go check them out! I'm always on the hunt for unique prescription eyewear & their website didn't disappoint. I decided on the Lola in sea matte. I have had SO many compliments over the years - more so than any frame I've ever had!
I live in NC, so all my transactions with them have been online (initial order & mailing back for the yearly lens update). Every time I interact with them, via email or phone, everyone is always so pleasant!
Being a dog lover, I admire that they give back to animal welfare/rescue efforts with purchases, too

This was by far the best experience I have had buying glasses. I used their service which allowed me to try on glasses at home. This not only allowed me to sample different styles, but also gave me a chance to make sure the fit was comfortable over an extended period of time. I chose to go to their location for the final fitting, which was easy and probably not necessary (they just took a picture of me in the glasses). It was still worthwhile because I was able to meet some of their incredibly friendly and helpful staff (both human and canine!). I would recommend Fetch to anyone and it is also

TLDR: Great frames for a small face. I wanted polarized sunglasses, and need frames that are 135mm or less, which are SO HARD to find for adult-looking frames. Their site was very clear about the sizing. Plus, I loved that I could select the frame tint. So, here are my sexy new polarized sunglasses: Sydney Sun in Tiger Stripe, with solid grey tint. Great customer service is why I keep coming back to Fetch. I've purchased several pairs from them and this time I needed help with two pairs of glasses. They responded quickly via email and got me all squared away. I am an animal advocate so it makes me happy that my purchase goes to animal rescue.

Got my first pair and loved them! Unfortunately, I broke the frame and had to send them back in (thankful for their warranty). I explained that I had a trip coming up and was hoping to have them back quick enough to take on the trip. Their excellent customer service worked with me to get the glasses fixed and ship back in a faster than usual timeframe! Excellent company and I can't wait to get my second pair.

I am very disappointed to post a negative review for this company because I was so excited to purchase glasses that help shelter animals and because my initial experience with them was pretty good. When I purchased my glasses from them, I requested no coatings on my lenses (which is my standard practice). They gave me the hard sell, assuring me that their coatings NEVER EVER

Been a customer of Fetch Eyewear for over five years now. Originally found them in the Bay at a small, local botique shop. Fetch is located and homegrown in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon. The quality, dedication, overall goal, and ethics behind Fetch is truly great and knowing that it all goes towards cats and dogs in need is wonderful. The staff and the owner, Ann Sacks, are all so kind and easy to get along with. They know what they're doing too. Not sure what pair look neat on you dont hesitate to ask for advice because you'll be walking out of there feeling fly.

They have a lot of very stylish frames. I'm not so style conscious, but I liked the eye glasses enough that I went back and got a second one. This is also my first time with prescription sun glasses, and I like those a lot.

The staff is very friendly, and the business is run professionally and honorably.

They donate all proceeds to a local animal shelter.

I love Fetch Eyewear! I own several pairs of readers and sunglasses and the quality and fit are great. Very trendy styles, especially for readers (you won't find grandma readers here)! Their customer service policy is best, from the lifetime warranty on frames to the "try 5 at home" styling program. I visited the retail store in Portland on 2/17/19 and the service was quick (replaced my scratched reader lenses while I waited for $30 replacement fee). The best thing about Fetch - Ann Sacks (well known tile designer from Seattle) opened Fetch with the vision that 100% of their profits are donated

Their new location is a bit of a quest to find, but, once you find it expect to see find some well priced frames.
They have a decent selection of good looking frames (mostly standard plastic), that are about $100 to $140 including most lenses and coatings. They also run promotions at times to make them even cheaper!

A non profit Warby Parker-esque shop where 100% of the profits go to animal rescue. Great service and purpose. And self-service wine sampling!! And lots of dog treats and a resident cat.

I love the concept of this store, and I was so excited to contribute to such a lovely cause. I ordered a home try-on package and received those in a timely manner. I then decided I would buy a pair. I followed the procedure they outlined, and I ordered my glasses online, since I live across the country. I didn't receive my glasses for over two months - way outside the window for order delivery they declare online. I sent a few emails to check on the status of my order, and they were always very courteous. I just don't understand why it took such a long time. The glasses are very heavy

After one year, I continue to be impressed with the company's service and great warranty. Loving my Jack frames... Many more lens options are available than those listed on current website.

Only wish they would offer a premium tier lens coating, I definitely would be willing to pay more for it.

We should probably just get this out of the way: I'm a complete and total sucker for store animals. Fetch Eyewear is home to Mau Mau, a friendly kitty who is as loving as he is plump. Or maybe Mau Mau is a she? We didn't get to know each other very well...

There's actually a really great reason for this optical shop to have a store kitty: at Fetch Eyewear, all of their profits are used to support the Pixie Project, an awesome local non-profit animal adoption center and rescue. What an awesome way for a NPO to fund their efforts!

Wife got new glasses here. Salesgirl was helpful and easy to point out sweet frames. They were nice enough to mail our glasses to Spokane, WA (our home) once they came in. Great place!

This local business recently opened a brick and mortar store! They used to be on-line only, but it's so much more convenient to be able to go in and try all the frames you want to and see the colors in person. They have a large selection of trendy frames, and their prices are very reasonable.
You can buy just the frame or have them filled with your prescription. They have CR-39 and high-index lenses for higher prescriptions. The clear lenses come with anti-reflective, and the sunglasses are polarized, which is awesome for cutting down on glare.
