I can't say enough positive things about this company. From the owner to the office staff, and installers. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I used them for a large residential irrigation install to replace a inoperable home made system from previous home owner. Fast install, and minimal disruption to our lawn. I will be using them for service moving forward.

These guys have been nothing short of amazing over the course of the last year that I have used their services. From the receptionist to the technicians who show up at the house, they are all professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.
They arrive when they say they're going to, flexible with making appointments, even during busy seasons, and really seem to care about their customers.
I sliced a few irrigation lines while installing new sod on my yard, and didn't realize the mistake until after the sod had seeded. Jared came fixed everything quickly and neatly and the sod looks like

Jarrod and team installed a perfect system with total coverage on a big acre lot with 50 plus heads. They agreed to use hardware of my choice giving me the flexibility I wanted. Of course everyone is in their business to make some money but with Jarrod I felt he cared about my project.

I had a local landscaper put in my irrigation system 3 years ago. Coverage was never right and I had dead spots throughout my lawn. Based on reviews of Bourque Bros, I had them come to our house and evaluate our system. They helped me confirmed my pressure was too low and sprinkler heads were in the wrong places or missing altogether. They were excellent with time commitments and did an absolutely great job fixing my system. My lawn has never looked so lush and thick in the middle of summer as it does now. They are truly experts and provide excellent service. Thanks for getting this figured out

Bourque Brothers Irrigation is a wonderful company to fill your irrigation needs. I can’t say enough about how friendly the women are who book your appointments. They do their best to accommodate your needs and will go the extra mile to make it work if a conflict arises. I also LOVE the telephone reminders to turn on and shut down your system! We have worked with many of the staff over the years who come out and start up and shut down our system. All of them are knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful if needs arise. They will also make notes at the end of the season if need be on any adjustments

I live in Needham. I switched from another irrigation firm to Bourque Bros in 2017. I was pleased to find that Bourque Bros charged 10% less than what I had been paying, but I was even happier with the quality of their service. They were very professional and pointed out that several of my sprinkler heads were malfunctioning. Replacing these sprinkler heads saved on my water bill. Thanks Bourque Bros! Very professional, great service and fair prices.

We have been using Bourque Brothers for years and their service has always been outstanding. Most recently we had a leaking main line and 2 cut irrigation lines from stump grinding. Jeff and Jim came out the next day and did a great job in not only fixing the issues but also spent time to discuss with us maintenance tips on how to better run the system and get more out of our irrigation. We have a large system and they took the time to walk around to all of our zones to ensure they were working properly. Mike was absolutely fabulous. He gave me a suggestion about my lighting that will make it much easier for me to use in the future and will also save me money. He also told me he had to put in new sprinklers before he replaced the old ones so I could give approval and he walked me through the timer as well. I am a senior citizen and so appreciate Mike's patience and kindness. Bourque Bros. is lucky to have him as am I. Also the office was patient as I called numerous times to leave this review. It is such a joy to have Bourque Bros Irrigation come and service my irrigation system. They are incredibly reliable, they come when they say they will and don't leave until the job is done and they are always so friendly! The last two years I have had issues with particles getting through and clogging my sprinkler heads. Every time I call Anne, at headquarters, she is super helpful and sends my main man Jeff from BB to come and help me. Jeff even waited a few times for the town employees to arrive to discuss the water issues, providing me with key things to ask the town to do for me to get the

Another irrigation company visited my home and accomplished next to nothing so I reached out to Bourque. Josh showed up promptly at the beginning of the service window and went right to work. He saw the problem immediately and fixed what needed fixing, gave me advice on what else could be done. I was very happy with the service and will certainly keep Bourque. The first step to install the plumbing/electrical for timer into the house was prior to the sprinkler install, he was running late but called to update me. So that helped me plan as needed. The next step they were to start at 8am and were there at 7:55. They were very timely in the install. They worked around the busy family schedule that Friday, we had to drop kids off at school and they worked around this. Extreme attention to detail. Meticulous work. You can't even tell where they had to dig up the lawn to install the sprinklers. They flagged everything to make it easy to follow. The product

I know, I know another five star review - but honestly it's hard to rate them lower. Bourque Bros. has been my irrigation system company ever since I moved Hopkinton in 2007. They're knowledgeable, polite and amazingly, on time for openings and closings. A special shout out to Ann in the office for her customer service. Overall, a great experience.
