Hi! My name is Sarangan Sivanesan. People call me Saru. I want to help you create the balance between your left and right brain, between thinking and feeling, between doing and being that's so integral to living a full and complete life. I understand what it means to waste mental cycles on trivial things and how powerful it feels to reclaim them.
You CAN Create a More Rewarding Life. When we're young, it's easy to think we have all the answers. But, as we get older, we often find that our relationships with friends, colleagues, family members, partners, and our selves no longer work the way they once did. They may still be there, but they no longer provide us the joy or fulfillment we once took for granted.
We all experience stress and anxiety from time to time. It's part of what makes us human. Stress and anxiety heighten our senses. We become more alert. But, if you've been experiencing anxiety and stress on an ongoing or recurring basis for any length of time, then it's time to seek professional help.
We all have our down days. But, when those down days turn to weeks, or even months. When you dread going to sleep at night, because you can't sleep or because you dread the thought of getting up the next morning. When the things you once loved no longer bring your joy.
And this is especially true if a persistent lack of motivation and feelings of sadness, guilt, or depression are disrupting your work, your relationships, and your ability to function, let alone actually enjoy life!We can understand who we are - our strengths and weaknesses, the difficulties we face, and how we relate to others and the world in general - by looking at our thoughts, feelings, and underlying beliefs.

Do You Want to Rekindle and Restore, or Just Save Your Relationship? There's perhaps little more frustrating and painful than constantly quarreling with - or, even worse, not even speaking with - the person who matters most. The person you've chosen to share your life with. If most of your interactions with your spouse, partner, or significant other seem to end in disappointment, after a while you may just stop trying.

I recently experienced a counseling session with Saru at his Palo Alto office. First & foremost, his office is located in a quiet complex of supportive healthcare practitioners, so the atmosphere is serene & aesthetically pleasing. Once my session began, Saru's personal style of speaking was friendly, calm & sensitive. He was able to gently guide the unfolding process of my personal issue with skilled patience & presence, while respecting that readiness to reveal subconscious information is uniquely individual and something that cannot be coerced. I feel that, with more

Saru is an excellent therapist, with attentive listening skills and a gentle way of coaxing one to express deeper reflections, to get where one needs to go to transform. His understanding of somatic therapies and mind-body connections help bring another level of release to therapy. I highly recommend him.
