Dr. Dean Ariaee earned a bachelor degree from University of Maryland in 1987 and a doctoral degree from Northwestern University School of Dental Medicine in Chicago, Illinois in 1992. He graduated one semester early with a very high ranking in his class. Upon graduation, he moved to Orange County, where he's been residing with his wife and two children.
During the last 20 years, dental implants have become a desirable alternative to other methods of replacing missing teeth. Excellent success rates and a range of available options give dentists a variety of new ways to treat and replace lost teeth. Our office is conveniently located on Waterworks Way, and is accessible via all major roads. We are proud of our office, which fully utilizes state of the art equipment. We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements. The source of water for our dental units is distilled water (bottled water), which removes any chance of contamination from regular tap water like that used in most dental offices.
In our practice all Intravenous Sedation and General Anesthesia is provided by one of our Board Certified MD Anesthesiologists. Sedation dentistry is a term that refers to the use of sleep anesthesia during dental procedures such as crowns & bridges, veneers & bonding, fillings, implants, root canals, and tooth extraction.
Inlays and Onlays are lab-made restorations that are placed on teeth when the cavity or lost tooth structure is too large to be restored by a simple filling. The process of making an inlay is very similar to a crown. After the tooth is prepared, it is cemented or bonded to the tooth. There are different materials that inlays are made of, including gold, porcelain, and composite resins.

The dental office of Dr. Dean F. Ariaee is outstanding, outstanding, and outstanding with an all around caring and supportive staff! If I could give six stars and any additional stars following I would. In-and-out in a timely manner(of course, depending on the particular treatment on the visiting day) with being a very, very satisfied customer; planning to return when needed. Today I took my 6 years old daughter to this clinic, she had an appointment with him for take off her baby tooth and after a dentist visited her, he numbed her mouth,but I told him,he did numbed wrong tooth and she needs just take of her baby tooth not to fill up another tooth’s ,he get mad at me , and asked me why did I take my daughter to another place for fill up before! ,, and ask me to take my daughter and leave! which is her mouth is already numb!he’s the Worst doctor I know

Dr Ariaee is good but for if you don’t want west your time don’t go there for simple cleaning appointments I had 4 time cancellation all for time my husband had to take day off to watch kid
First time after they called me and scheduled and when I got there they told me this appointment won’t cover by your insurance and you have to pay for it
Second time was beginning of outbreak and when I got there they ask me to go sit on car we will call you I wait almost one and half an hour then call them and they ware telling me we did mistakes

Outstanding friendly and competent staff at the front desk.
Great consultation from the beginning to the end with an overall long term concept presentation and a step by step explanation of each procedure. The results of the promised work was perfect.
Since I am self employed, the scheduling was very flexible to my work schedule and appointment punctuality was every time 100% for me, so I never had to wait and waste time for each treatment.

On a positive note, Dr. Ariaee is very friendly and willing to take the time to educate patients. On the other hand, the office staff is rude and unprofessional. The office manager seems to have a difficult time trying to figure out what to charge patients. I purchased a mouth guard to prevent damage to my teeth from grinding during sleep. Initially, they tried to charge me several hundred dollars for it. After providing documentation from my insurance company, they agreed to charge the correct amount of $100. I have only been wearing the guard for a few months and it has already cracked, along

This is one of the most professional Dentist's I have ever gone to. I had some work that needed to get done due to the poor quality of work my last dentist did and so of course I was initially a little skeptical walking in, but Dr. Ariaee and his staff made me feel comfortable and I left feeling very satisfied with my diagnosis and treatment. Everyone was friendly, understanding, and took their time with me to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I will 100% go back to his office and recommend for everyone that I know to go there.

Dr. Ariaee is the most professional and competent dentist I have ever met. He made me feel so comfortable from start to finish . I had to get some major dental work done and had been putting it off for years because I was scared of the pain and financial aspect of things.
After the first consultation his office staff helped me navigate my finances and researching an insurance plan that would work for me and my situation. They were easy to stay in communication with and worked with me and my work /school schedule. Dr. Ariaee quoted me less work then the last dentist I saw who I had felt was up
