Jim specializes in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties and has been licensed in New York State since 1986. As a life-long resident of Rochester he has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market. He has held the distinguished CCIM designation for 30 years and is a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Jimmy received his salesperson's license in 2015 and joined the company in 2016. He is a member of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors and New York State Commercial Association of Realtors. Previous to getting his R/E License he worked, for five years, in the home remodeling business in Rochester, NY and Alexandria, VA.

As a long time Real Estate broker myself, I tend to be a little more critical of those in the profession. Not in this case. We hired Jim Pappas and his company to sell our office. This didn't look like an easy one to sell, so we hired Jim for his Commercial expertise, being our "office" is a nicely renovated barn on 43 acres (not typical) Jim's a pleasant guy when you meet him, if you call him he picks up, and just an overall good communicator. I dont know how he found qualified buyers so quickly in need of something like this, but he did.....well worth it!
