I would like to sing my praises to Victoria! Being a senior young I was so pleased with the attention and patience Victoria showed me. It is a very trying time for me and she went far and beyond of what she really didn’t have to do. I find that companies now don’t value their customers so when you find a company that does it’s like a bonus! Victoria is my bonus! Very professional and very knowledgeable. Well being a customer for 23 years I can say you need anything insurance related david, Michele and Victoria are the go to people , new voices new faces but hands down tops on their game. They cover my cars my house , kids in school rental .computer got that covered . Have had my apple computer fixed .statefarm no question repair / replaced.

When we moved to Tucson we needed to find a good Insurance Agent - and we did when we chose David Tick. His office has consistently been quickly responsive and very easy to work with. They helped us with car insurance, rental insurance and now homeowners insurance when we bought our home. Highly recommend.

I've been using Dave Tick's State farm for many years. They have always been super responsive. They answer the phones right away and talk to you and know who you are. I have cars, house, and rental all insured through these guys and they are great. I feel lucky to have them.

I have been a customer with State Farm for three years, this has always been my agent and I wouldn’t choose another!

Ive been doing business with this office now for a few years.. i will never go elsewhere... the staff is so knowledgeful, always have an answer for a question i havnt asked yet... and state farm in itself, i love the company.. recently had to file a claim and the process went smoothly. Going to stay with state farm and this office for a long time.

We’ve been with David Tick’s office since 2007 when we purchased our home in Tucson. We moved to Phoenix in 2010 and elected to stay with his office because of the exceptional customer service! They are prompt and go out of their way to resolve any insurance issue you throw their way and Victoria is quite possibly the best professional representative we have ever worked with. She needs a raise or promotion and definitely the biggest kudos a client give!

As an auto insurance customer with State Farm for approximately 30 years, I can claim without hesitation that they've been exceptionally good to me. For example, my new(er) car was slightly damaged around the time of the big microburst monsoon storm that hit Tucson in June - the one that knocked down so many trees. I didn't realize there was damage to my car (front bumper) until three days after the storm, so I wasn't positive regarding the actual cause of the damage; I just knew it didn't come from something I did. David Tick State Farm is a class act. David has handled my Insurance needs for over 25 years now and he is awesome. Additionally, he has one of best staffs I have ever engaged with. They are available, friendly and they get things done, fast! If there were 6 stars, I would give it to them!
