In May of 2016 the Shop moved to its current larger location at 511 SW Veterans Way in Redmond. The new location is about 10,000 square feet, which more than triples the 2,790 square feet of its old location. The auto repair shop currently has seven lifts, one of which is a large 22,000 lb drive on that can accommodated heavy duty trucks, box vans and various sizes of Motorhomes.

During the life of your vehicle, you should expect to replace the brake pads and rotors at least once. How frequently you'll need brake service depends on how often you drive, where you drive, and the quality of the brake parts installed. It's recommended you ask a service technician to check your brakes around the same time as a tire rotation - roughly every six months.

I have spent 20 years in service. I'm a certified Master Tech and have gone from service writing, tech on the floor, service manager, branch manager to area manager. Unfortunately, I know why there is an inherent mistrust of the field in general. I have primarily worked heavy duty and used to pride myself in the fact that people would go out of their way to get their trucks to my shop because they new they could trust me - sometimes it's hard to find a shop where that's the case. Went in to make an appointment for fixing my audi. Waited an hour and nobody including owner would even acknowledge that i was there. They have some kind of personal problem with me i think. Very rude and honestly irritated me alot. All reviews say how nice and good of people they all are but inly to select people i suppose because they were terrible to me.

My daughter has a child and she paid $250 to get her heater fixed today and I loaned her the money and it's still not fixed. They told her it would be another $250 or more. Totally lead her wrong. Charged her $70 to tell her problem. Then she brought it back to get problem fixed they said it would be $175 and problem it's fixed said another $209 plus labor to fix it. So she is without a heater for her new born daughter. I'm very upset and I am going to call them !!!

I thought I had died and went to auto repair heaven. I made an appointment over the phone for 1pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. They got my information and told me it would be 2-1/2 hours. Immediately at 1pm they started servicing my car and 2-1/2 hours later they were done. The problem was fixed and at a very reasonable cost. These guys are great; I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. I am on a firefighting team that was staged in Redmond. My personal vehicle was in need of emergency brake repair and even though they were busy, Auto Experts got me in and replaced the front rotors on my 2002 Subaru within an hour. They saved my bacon and I can't thank them enough.

Had a pretty bad experience with auto experts, very nice customer service but poor auto service, charged me $750 to fix my truck and the truck is still having the same issue it had before spending the money, has trouble starting and literally has no power on the highway, check engine light was still on so I called them to see if they could diagnose it again and they told me they could diagnose it for free since my truck had a warranty. Just got my truck back and the check engine light is still on and they ended up trying to charge me $80 for the diagnosis but I reminded them that they said it would

I was a automotive shop owner for 29 years so when I found the AUTO EXPERTS I was so happy to see the quality of taking care of my Air Conditioning needs. I had been to two other shops that couldn't determine what was wrong but, still charged me. Auto Experts gave me an detailed estimate of repairs and when I picked it up on time the honored that estimate. WOW!!

This place I am very unhappy with. I talked to the company telling them I would be by Saturday Jan 14 2017 to pick up a suburban I had them work on. I was told by the fellow at the office that they would have my truck locked up at the business. I showed up and my car wasn't even at the business. I looked and looked and found it in the parking lot across the street. What a way to treat people's stuff.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The fears I have when taking my car to a mechanic are many as I know virtually nothing about cars. However my transmission went out while on a family vacation and they expedited my service so we were able to leave on time. Helped me find a place to store my luggage in between check out time and when the job finished(just a couple hours of storage time) and then after called me and let me know I forgot a bag, and found a place to safely set it out since it was after close of business.

This place is fantastic! I highly recommend them. I felt totally comfortable and respected going in there on my own.
