Im just a woman here but i made the appt & the sevice, time & experience was acceptable. No long wait thank you Lord. They were referred to us by another long standing customer. Also heard??? They can do work for ppl on fixed incomes & possibly even take pymts. Sounds like a win win💯👍

Absolutely great service!! Will and his father were both amazingly helpful, and informative as well as curious about any added services needed and prices. Very responsive, unlike some shops who take the vehicle and before you know it your bill is mind-blowing. Will definitely be taking my families vehicles here from now on and will be recommending this shop to everyone who needs an awesome mechanic and shop

A couple of weeks ago I was in Redmond and the alarm for my emergency brake started ringing and wouldn't quit. My daughter was with me and she works near Robirts. She said everyone in her office recommends this business so we stopped in there. I didn't have the time, so I didn't want it fixed right then, but they were able help me right away to get me back on the road. They were very friendly, professional and didn't charge me for their time or service. Thank you to the people at Robirts!
