My profession is very important to me. It is a part of who I am. I chose to become an endodontist because I truly wanted to help patients in need. I believe that one of the most basic needs and most important to our lives is to not to be in pain. Endodontics (from the Greek roots endo- "inside" and odont- "tooth") is the dental specialty concerned with the study and treatment of the dental pulp.

As a periodontist, it is a blessing to be able to utilize cutting-edge technologies in my field. My Knowledge and Dual ability to save teeth through regenerative procedures and reconstructive procedures with dental implants. I am passionate about working with my patients to give them a smile they love.
My favorite part about my job is the interaction with people. Teamwork and collaboration occur within periodontal field with restorative dentists and other specialists to deliver the best care to our patients. I enjoy interacting with people, forming ongoing rapport with patients, explaining their treatment options, and sharing with them the evidence behind each option.

I had my first root canal yesterday. From the horror stories I've heard from family and friends I was expecting something totally different. Dr. Sidor and DeeDee kept taking to me, and insuring I was not in any discomfort. Only minor pain was the inside gum short, but on a scale of 1-10 it barely was a 2. All my life I have had gag reflex, even with tongue depressors, zero gag reflex through the whole procedure. I highly recommend this team.

The entire practice is so caring and friendly! I was very nervous having to have some pretty serious dental work done and the entire staff made me feel much more comfortable. The office staff was very helpful and nice. The office worked closely with my regular dentist to make sure everyone was on the same page for my treatment. I had an amazing experience with this dental office. Everyone from the front desk receptionist, to the dental technicians, and the dentist herself were exceptionally polite, respectful, and considerate. I got 2 root canals done which is normally an extremely unpleasant experience. But Dr. Sidor is a true professional and is an expert in her craft. I felt little to no discomfort and she worked quickly to get the job done. When she injected the needle in my gums for the numbing anesthesia, I actually barely felt it. My primary dentist referred me to Prestige Dental Specialists and Dr. Eddy for surgery. Each of my experiences with front office staff, technicians, and Dr. Eddy was very positive. Customer service was terrific--each person was courteous and friendly. Dr. Eddy was very informative; he made sure I was aware of all that he planned to do and did. He also made post-surgery calls to me to check on how I was doing. I hope not to need dental surgery again, but if I do, I'd definitely go back to Prestige Dental.
